Let's make a sauce with turmeric, garlic, pepper and lemon juice, which has bactericidal properties and with regular consumption helps our body to get rid of "intruders" who have multiplied on fast carbohydrates and animals proteins.
This sauce is not simple, but golden (unlike most glutamate sauces, mayonnaise ...) it is not sold in stores, but is made by hand. Let's start making the sauce.
Ingredients:
1. Lemon - 1 piece
2. Mustard oil - a third of a glass
3. Mustard seeds - a quarter of a teaspoon (without)
4. Garlic - 2-3 cloves
5. Ground black pepper - a pinch
Preparation
We take the oil, pour it into a blender container, add lemon juice (squeeze, you can with pulp), beat for about a minute, add garlic, pepper and mustard.
We twist for another 50 seconds and the sauce is ready (stored in the refrigerator in a jar under the lid for a couple of days). Bon appetit, friends!
