Often you ask how to find motivation, how to set yourself up to start losing weight.

It is very difficult, after many attempts to lose weight, to pull yourself together again. Especially if each attempt led to a fleeting success, but everything collapsed, you broke off a rigid diet, dropped out of the gym, because you could not handle heavy loads and hunger.

I realized one thing, if something did not help to lose weight, if I fell out of a diet and cannot strain myself on the simulators, then this is not mine.

The way out is to arm yourself with knowledge first of all, to understand that there are more rational ways to lose weight than hunger strikes.

By understanding what was the reason for your failures and finding a suitable way for yourself, you can do anything!

For example, I tried a bunch of diets, starved for weeks, but broke down. And she ate again and again after the hunger strikes, eating even more. The gym is not for me at all.

And now I was tired of all this, my health was cracking and it was time to take action. But this time I decided to first arm myself with knowledge. I have studied a lot of information about losing weight. And I came to the conclusion that counting calories and their deficit is one of the best ways to lose weight, and then I became convinced that the most effective one.

Why did I break off diets? Because I was hungry, I was always hungry.

On a calorie deficit, I have a gorgeous diet, in my opinion, which does not allow me to break loose and starve.

When preparing low-calorie meals, but at the same time tasty, you can shape your plate so that it will be tasty and satisfying and at the same time lose weight.

I'll tell you about my menu for today.

For breakfast today I just have a variety of tastes.

Two boiled eggs, rye bread (10 g) with melted cheese (20 g) and homemade ham from turkey drumstick and chicken breast (110 g).

Breakfast came out on 420 kcal. And of course green tea at breakfast.

This is probably the fifth time I've cooked ham at home. And every time it turns out differently. This time, for example, I added more black pepper than usual and some dry garlic. It turned out super, spicy. Sometimes I want sausages or ham. And now this homemade ham is my salvation. And the household likes it more than the store, in which veins, pieces of fat very often come across.

For a snack today, 80 g of orange and 75 g of kiwi - 70 kcal.

Today I ran to the store and received my grocery orders in joint purchases.

I hoped that I would buy my favorite red oranges, but I found only half-rotten remains. But I bought a kiwi.

Everyone rushed to buy lemons, inflated their prices, respectively. Did you know that lemon is not the richest fruit in vitamin C?
For example, kiwi contains 180 mg of vitamin C per 100 g, an orange - 80 mg, and a lemon - only 40 mg. 😉

For lunch, yesterday's soup from canned pink salmon - 450 g rye bread (10 g) with squash caviar (70 g) - 280 kcal.

I noticed that my head often began to hurt, apparently the constant presence of the house affects (if I run out to the store, then quickly, without even feeling that I was on the street).

Began to "walk" on the balcony more often, the main thing is to dress warmly.

For dinner, I made paprikash and boiled buckwheat - a PP dinner for the whole family turned out. The main trick is not to say that the dish is from the category of PP and everyone eats with pleasure and praises it. I don’t understand - this is such a psychological moment, if PP is not tasty, but if PP is not tasty ку?

150 g buckwheat and 120 g paprikash - 400 kcal.

Bring fish from joint purchases today. I ordered smoked asp for sample. And we decided in the evening, when my husband returned from work, to try. Oh, I tried... on 200 kcal about.

Here is such a mischievous thing, but how tasty, an infection😂.

Would you refuse? I could refuse sweets, pastries, cakes, but not such fish🙄😥.

Swelling tomorrow for sure, although the fish was not very salty even for me. This is how I held out all day, held on, and eventually ate some harmful yummy.

In total, 1370 kcal were obtained in a day. And surprisingly, the BJU quite suited me, the proteins really went over a little.

Calorie deficiency helps us to lose weight, but physical education helps to keep muscles in good shape, so it is imperative, at least at home, to do physical education.

In addition, an established drinking regime is an excellent assistant in losing weight and not only.
