Good day everyone and delicious weight loss!

I would like to tell you today how I prepare a crab salad.

I do not cook it very often, because crab sticks are still not the product that should be a regular guest on our table.

But still, I am not one of those who, before fanaticism, exclude all foods from their diet, if there is the slightest hint of their unhelpfulness.

Everyone has a choice, someone can afford to order Kamchatka crab every week, and someone can buy crab sticks at the nearest store. And someone will not choose either one or the other, because one is unrealistically expensive, and the second, as it is fashionable to say, is not PP.

So let's leave everyone their choice.

Let's make a light, delicious and refreshing salad.

The first step is to cut all the ingredients (their quantity and KBZhU dishes per 100 g are indicated at the end of the article).

We take the apple, cut it off, removing the core.

Cut the apple into small cubes.

It is the apple that gives the crab salad freshness and changes its usual taste.

Take crab sticks and cut into small cubes.

I cut eggs using a special egg cutter - fast, simple and convenient.

We collect all the ingredients in a bowl.

Add corn.

Mix all the ingredients well. The salad base is ready.

Can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days and refueled in portions.

For salad dressing I use soft cottage cheese (or classic yogurt), mustard (Bavarian, Dijon - not very hot types of mustard), salt, black pepper.

For one serving (200-250 g of salad) I add 50 g of soft curd (1 tbsp) and 5 g of mustard (1 tsp). Salt and pepper to taste.

✅For salad, you need the following ingredients in quantity:

  • crab sticks (or crab meat) - 250 g,
  • three boiled chicken eggs - 180 g,
  • a small jar of corn (I used 100 g of corn, because I don't really like a lot of corn in salads, if you treat it well, then you can put more and take into account in KBZHU),
  • 2-3 small apples (I have 200 g of pure apples),
  • soft cottage cheese, mustard, salt, black pepper - for salad dressing,
  • favorite greens - when serving.
KBZHU per 100 g without refueling: K - 104, B - 6.5, F - 3.4, U - 11.

And for the family, I cook a traditional, family-loved crab salad, changing just one ingredient - an apple for boiled rice.
