After years of unsuccessful diets, I found a way to lose weight without suffering, without hunger and harm to health. On the contrary, I feel much better and have got rid of many ailments that accompany excess weight.

Breakfast is one of the favorite morning dishes - oatmeal with cold smoked pink salmon.

For oatmeal, this time I used 30 g of rolled oats (I only use long cooking, it contains more nutrients), 35 g of milk 2.5%, an egg. Filling - 30 g of curd cheese and 60 pink salmon.

Today I drank coffee, although I try to use it less.

But recently we bought a syrup for testing, which can be added to drinks. The coffee is simply divine! Tried 2 flavors (vanilla and caramel with salt). Therefore, I can not resist, coffee with milk and syrup is very tasty.

Breakfast turned out to be 465 kcal, taking into account the syrup and milk added to the coffee.

We wanted to spend Sunday quietly, calmly, go to sunbathe.

But the weather in the morning said that we would not have to sunbathe.

And my husband spontaneously offered to go for a walk in Kuskovo, fortunately the estate is not so far from us.

I'm boiling for any, now! Earlier, when I weighed over 100 kg, it was difficult to persuade me to go for a walk somewhere, especially spontaneously. It was necessary to mentally prepare for a long walk. And what is the problem to choose something from clothes more decently from overalls then.

And now, as soon as I hint about the walk, I'm already putting on my shoes at the door

Of course, the Kuskovo Estate Museum is a unique and very beautiful place. This is the former estate of the Sheremetyevs.

And again there are only temptations all around! The sun began to shine brightly during the day and immediately wanted ice cream. Well, how can you not eat ice cream on a walk? But! Today, all food is strictly within the framework of KBZHU, in contrast to yesterday's spontaneous loading.

Chocolate ice cream - 235 kcal.

We had a great walk and ate ice cream. And they went home. Just returned for dinner.

For lunch - chicken broth (400 g) with 50 g of boiled drumstick meat. And I also wanted to eat a sandwich with a fish with tea after dinner.

I cut off a thin 20 g piece of bread, spread 10 g of curd cheese and put 35 g of pink salmon.

Just learned for lunch 325 kcal.

For dinner, as a hot one, I have stuffed peppers (220 g) with 40 g of yogurt - 250 kcal.

Dinner is early as always, and I'll tell you hungry if you don't eat anything else. Therefore, 3 hours before bedtime, I ate 500 g of melon - 165 kcal.

And let the evening fruit gain tomorrow in the form of lingering water. As it came, it will go away with a normal drinking regime.

In just a day it turned out 1440 kcal. Well, I almost met my 1400. But we had a great walk in the fresh air in a beautiful place.

And I want to dwell on our, as a rule, unaccounted for calories.
How often do you add soda or kvass to the calorie counter that you drank outside while walking in the heat? Or coffee? Or juice? Even ice cream or any other food? For example, 0.5 liters of kvass contains about 150 kcal, the calorie content of cappuccino with sugar in a 0.3 liter glass is 150 kcal, and a latte is 240 kcal. Can you imagine how many calories you can quietly consume?
