Let's cook the juiciest and most tender chicken breast!
Chop half of the onion at random.
Preheat a skillet (I use non-stick pans) and fry the breast for a minute on each side over high heat with the onion. Do not forget to stir the onion so that it does not burn.
If you do not trust your pan, you can literally grease it with a drop of oil.
Then salt the breast, pepper, add generously of suneli hops and dry garlic.
Fill with milk, reduce heat and simmer under the lid, sometimes turning it over, for 5-7 minutes.
Then sprinkle the breast with cheese, grated on a coarse grater and bring it to readiness - this is another 5 minutes under the lid.
Sprinkle with parsley at the very end.
