I have long ceased to starve myself in the hope of losing weight, because for a long time, after each diet, the same thing happened - a return to the previous diet and, accordingly, again a set weight.

But for 2 years now I have been eating deliciously, not starving and have achieved a result that I did not even dream of at the beginning of the journey.

Elementary calorie counting helped me to lose 63 kilograms (from 132 kg).

Having calculated the calorie intake that is necessary for me according to my parameters (weight, age, height) and according to my physical activity and setting a calorie deficit, I began to slowly but surely lose weight. And no hungry diets on cabbage or any other herb.

I cook delicious dishes, trying to use less high-calorie foods, I do not bathe food in a sea of ​​oil when frying, I do not pour salads with a ton of mayonnaise, I have excluded for the most part fast carbohydrates, but I bake low-calorie pastries myself.

The ideal option is to set a 15% calorie deficit from your norm and maintain a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, which are very important for our health and body quality. And the process of losing weight will be delicious, comfortable and without harm to health.

Moving on to the story of my day and my planned load (when I don't count calories and eat what I want (within reasonable limits), indulging myself with yummy). Yes, and this happens when losing weight by counting calories - a day with sweets, and going to a cafe or a picnic, for example. Do you still want to torment yourself with diets?

Since we have a mini vacation, we decided to spend it as actively as possible and visit various interesting places.

And today for the whole day we are going to the amusement park that opened this year in Moscow - the Island of Dreams. We have been planning a trip for a long time, and now on vacation, we finally went to have funπŸ˜‚.

Therefore, I had breakfast quite hearty - my favorite sandwiches.

I still can't bake homemade whole grain bread for myself (I relaxed), so sandwiches on ordinary Darnitsa bread (50 g) with curd cheese (35 g) and salted trout (100 g).

Breakfast for 405 kcal.

And after breakfast I finished my green tea with 1 piece of fruit candy - 50 kcal.

And we set off on the road to the Island of Dreams.

Immediately I will very briefly describe the important, in my opinion, moments, suddenly someone is also going to this amusement park.

Parking for cars is free for now, I don’t know how long this generosity will last, but for those who have a ticket to the paid zone, parking will remain free.

The park has a city promenade with shops and cafes, it opens at 10 o'clock and admission is free. There are many areas for photos, recreation, fountains, different theme areas.

At 12 o'clock the main zone (paid) opens, with attractions. And the fun begins there.

Find out in advance which rides your children can use, since the most extreme ones have height restrictions (not less than 130-140 cm). The kids get very upset when, after standing in line, they are turned around and not allowed to ride. There are also different themes in the amusement zone, very interesting and colorful. There is where to eat - just buy cotton candy, corn, hot dogs or sit in a cafe.

We arrived at 11 o'clock, walked along the promenade, took pictures. I didn't bite because I was afraid of the rides, but the most fearless of us got hungry and took a bite.

It is better to go on weekdays. If there were so many people on Wednesday, I'm afraid to imagine what is happening on the weekend and what the queues are for the attractions. Of course, you can buy tickets for which you skip the line, but this is for those who can afford them for the whole family.

If you immediately jump into the most popular extreme attractions at the opening, you can skip quickly and skip the queue, ride several times. By the way, you buy a ticket at the entrance and ride all the rides as you want.

Towards evening I really wanted to eat, but I was still scared to have a snack, I wanted to go through all the most extreme entertainment before eating πŸ˜‚, and the queues slowed us down.

And now closer to 6 pm I ate for the first time after breakfast.

There was also a nicoise salad, and a couple of slices of pizza and a tiramisu cake with sea buckthorn-orange tea.

The tea, by the way, is very tasty, I took note. Soon the sea buckthorn will ripen, I will buy oranges and I will brew myself such a drink. The main thing is not to forget about him!)

As I understand it, they just crushed the sea buckthorn, a couple of orange slices. Add a spoonful of honey, for example, and you have a great drink.

And the most pleasant thing for us was that in cafes and restaurants of the amusement park, you can pay off with points that we received when we went to vote for amendments to the Constitution.

Naturally, I did not count any calories. And I drank little water for the whole time.

But I think that the day on my feet and repeated bursts of adrenaline burned all today's calories. And I will quickly adjust the drinking regime.

In the end, we stayed in the park from 11:00 to 20:00. And for a long time they got to their home through traffic jams, tired but satisfied.

Impressions of the sea!

That's how we spent one day from vacation.

And even such trips to the cafe did not prevent me from losing weight. Because the body can adapt to a long-term calorie deficit, get used to it and stop giving away its strategic reserve. But such loads will shake up the body.
