I tell you how I cook a casserole with turkey, zucchini and pasta, which is included in my weight loss diet. Minus 63 kg.

Elementary calorie counting helped me lose weight comfortably, without breakdowns and without starving.

Today I want to share with you a recipe for a casserole, which I accidentally gathered from those products that were at home (how, in principle, all casseroles are collected, right?)

It turned out very tasty, juicy with pasta, turkey and lots of vegetables.

✅ For the casserole, I used the following ingredients:

  • 1 large zucchini - 880 g,
  • turkey thigh fillet - 450 g,
  • pasta (I have small horns) - 80 g (dry weight),
  • small onion - 75 g,
  • ordinary semi-hard cheese - 70 g (it is better to use suluguni, it is less high in calories),
  • salt, black pepper, dry garlic and paprika.

✅Cooking.

All food must be cut.

Chop the onion as small as possible. Cut the courgettes into small cubes.

We also cut the turkey thigh fillet into small cubes. You can use turkey breast or chicken instead of thigh.

We put all products at once in a baking dish.

Three cheese on a coarse grater.

Add dry pasta.

Salt, pepper, generously pour dry garlic and paprika.

Mix well. Tamp it with a spoon - try not to overlay the pasta and sprinkle it with cheese.

My baking dish with a lid. You can simply close it with foil and send it to bake at 200 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

Focus on baking time on your oven.

The juice from meat and zucchini will saturate the pasta and no additional water is needed.

The casserole is a conventional name and the resulting dish will not keep its shape, but it will be tasty, healthy and low-calorie😉

The weight of the finished dish I got 1285 g, excluding the juice that I poured.
