I have already repeatedly told that I have been struggling with excess weight for as long as I can remember. Yes, there have been successful attempts to lose weight, and there have been breakdowns. But each time the weight returned, because I did not understand one thing - in order to keep the weight, you need to control the owl's nutrition and change your eating habits. It is impossible to keep the result achieved by the diet on the food on which you recovered.
It was only through counting calories that I was able to achieve a result I never dreamed of, as well as change my lifestyle and eating habits.
I'll tell you about my day and the menu.
I cooked my breakfast last night, and in the morning I just warmed it up.
For breakfast muffins with chicken ham and vegetables (210 g). And also coffee with milk (150 ml) and syrup (20 g).
Breakfast for 520 kcal.
How many calories the same coffee with milk and syrup brings. Before, before I started counting calories, I did not even think that excess weight can be gained while drinking drinks with the addition of milk, and if there is also sugar - three cups of coffee like I have at breakfast - and now 390 kcal plus for day. And this is my full meal now.
And before coffee or tea with milk and sugar, it was necessary to have a couple of sweets, cookies or even a sandwich. Don't drink empty coffee? Did you have that? And then we wonder where the excess weight comes from. Themselves to blame, and also our ignorance and lack of understanding of the processes taking place inside us are to blame.
Now I am only "smiled" by the phrase - "I eat little, but get fat". Little, but how high in calories and how much is not noticed, believing that this is not food.
But calorie counting changed everything and put it in its place. Now I know why I was gaining weight and I know how to avoid excess weight. I learned to cook less high-calorie meals, I practically do not use oil when frying, which simply enriches any product with its calories.
Nutrition must be controlled if we want to lose weight, and constant.
Precisely because after the diet we returned to our normal diet - weight return occurs. Uncontrolled eating behavior is to blame.
Back to the menu.
While working at the computer, I had a snack on a sandwich with cold smoked avocado and pink salmon pate.
I simply mashed 60 g of avocado with a fork (which is full of useful and necessary fats, by the way), finely chopped 50 g of pink salmon and mixed everything. I put the pate on whole grain bread (20 g) and ate it with tea.
Snack on 250 kcal.
I decided to have a snack quite densely, because we were going to the cinema. How long have we not been to the cinema, since the time when they closed everything and put everyone at home. We decided to devote one of the last days of our vacation not to walking. I just wanted to watch a movie, plunge into the atmosphere of a cinema.
After watching the film, we went home through the store. I wanted to buy vegetables and cook a hodgepodge of Peking cabbage for dinner - it always turns out to be low-calorie, you can eat a lot and fill your stomach.
At home, I had lunch with boiled buckwheat (90 g), turkey breast cutlets with cottage cheese (180 g), plus 160 g of tomato.
It turned out lunch for 335 kcal.
Today, while we went to the cinema, I exposed the chili peppers that I grow on my balcony to the sun and decided to show off. I will be harvesting soon!
How is your harvest on windows and balconies doing?
As planned, I stewed Chinese cabbage with bell pepper for dinner.
Dinner 300 g of stewed cabbage and 120 g of chicken ham. And a little later I ate 100 g of peach, which I wrote down for dinner.
Dinner for 330 kcal.
In just a day it came out 1435 kcal. B107, Zh55, U131.
I try to drink water, on a mini vacation I often have problems with water because of trips and walks.
But work begins on Monday and, accordingly, I will more strictly compose my diet and monitor the water I drink.
