Cooking chicken based on chkmeruli for losing weight

Good day and delicious weight loss! And it is delicious to lose weight - this is not a dream, but a reality. After various hungry diets, from which I wanted to break away, I found for myself the best way to lose weight tasty and not starving.

A quick guide to calorie-based weight loss and calorie deficit:

The other day I cooked chicken based on chkmeruli chicken for myself and my family. I love the dishes that everyone eats with pleasure - after all, you don't have to cook anything separately - losing weight and not losing weight.

I do not pretend to repeat the original recipe for chkmeruli chicken, I will repeat once again that the dish turned out to be just for me 😉.

But how tasty, aromatic, juicy it is! Even the chicken breast that I used with the drumstick was just the softest.

They demanded additives and asked to cook more often😍.

✅For cooking, I needed the following products:

  • chicken drumstick about - 450 g,
  • chicken breast fillet - 340 g,
  • milk 2.5% 150 g,
  • semi-hard cheese (it is better to take suluguni or any semi-hard low-fat cheese - the calorie content will be lower. I had Lambert) - 70 g,
  • and most importantly spices✔:
  1. a teaspoon without a slide of hops-suneli,
  2. 1 level teaspoon spice "Caucasian herbs" (can be replaced with a bunch of parsley),
  3. 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander (I didn't have any ground - I just kneaded the grains),
  4. 1 teaspoon dry garlic
  5. black pepper - a pinch and salt to taste.

✅Cooking.

Put the chicken drumstick and breast fillet (which we cut into medium pieces) in a baking dish.

Sprinkle with black pepper, salt and rub the spices well into the chicken.

We send to bake for 30-35 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.

While the chicken is baking, mix milk with spices: suneli hops, coriander, Caucasian herbs, dry garlic.

Do not regret the seasonings, they give an amazing aroma and taste to the dish.

We rub the cheese on a coarse grater.

👆Drain the released juice from the baked chicken👆

Pour milk with spices over the chicken and sprinkle with cheese.

We distribute the cheese so that part of it is immersed in the milk.

Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 150-160 degrees.

We get a fragrant and very tasty dish, the meat is very tender. Even the chicken breast, which no one usually eats with me, if there are other parts of the chicken, shattered with a bang!
