You don't have to starve to achieve results. On the contrary, you should eat in a balanced way with a slight calorie deficit. This is the rule that I understood after exhausting myself and my body with diets and deciding that we must look for a different approach to losing weight if diets do not lead to anything good.
There is no need to turn the process of losing weight into hard labor, punishing yourself for all those kilograms that you have been eating over the years. Nothing good will come of it. You know that yourself, right?
Find a comfortable path for yourself. If you don't want to go hungry and eat tasteless food, then take 15-20 minutes to check your nutrition. And power control is so easy now - in the age of the Internet and gadgets.
The most comfortable, in my opinion, delicious and safe for health method of losing weight is calorie counting.
You will need a kitchen scale, a calorie counter downloaded to your phone, and some time to write down the food eaten in the counter. And it is best in the evening in the same counter to plan the menu for the next day for those foods and dishes that you have prepared in order to balance the proteins, fats and carbohydrates (BJU) entering the body. Surely you have heard about BJU? It is the balance of BJU that gives our body health.
You can do nothing and wait for something, you can be lazy to count calories and starve yourself and torment yourself with rigid diets.
And you can learn to control your diet, which will allow you to change your lifestyle, dietary habits and will give you the opportunity to never return to excess weight.
The choice is yours.
My menu for today is as follows.
Breakfast is turkey jellied pie - hearty and tasty (185 g) - 340 kcal.
I made the pie last night. It seemed to me that too much turkey thighs were thawed for cooking in an onion sauce hot. And I decided to put some of the turkey on the pie. I will definitely share the recipe with you soon.
Today my forgetfulness taught me a lesson. I sat down at work and did not check whether our mail is working today or not. Having completed urgent matters, I ran to the post office. And on the street there is beauty! The sun is shining! Hot! Only the wind is strong.
I got to the post office, but it is closed. It was only at the closed doors that I remembered that I was going to look at the post office website to see if our department was open on Mondays.
But I took a walk in good weather (apparently the last hot day this year), and I had to go to the store for cottage cheese. In my house, cottage cheese is a regular guest.
At home I had a snack with two boiled eggs, one egg smeared with 30 g of fish paste.
It turned out to be a snack for 260 kcal.
I took green tea with me to the computer to make my work more fun.
For lunch - boiled potatoes (160 g) and turkey in onion sauce (170 g).
Lunch went out on 490 kcal. The calorie content is high due to the fact that I stewed a turkey thigh in the sauce. The breast would be less high in calories.
By the evening I had accumulated work, because I had a rest on the weekend. And it was necessary to cook dinner, because on the weekend, again, I rested, and did not cook for several days.
But unexpectedly my husband pleased me, here are the amenities๐
For dinner, I fried pollock for everyone in a greased frying pan.
And she baked with her not at all PP a curd cake, which they love very much. Flowers for me - they have a cupcake๐.
My dinner is 160 g of pollock and a cucumber salad dressed with 30 g of sour cream.

I already shared with you a way to save the kitchen from flour when frying fish. It turned out that not everyone knows this method. I decided to remind you.
When I fry fish in breadcrumbs (in flour), I pour flour into a bag, add salt and spices there - mix it. I send the portioned pieces of fish into a bag, tie them up and gently shake them so that the fish collapses. We take it out of the bag and fry it.
And even if you have fried a lot of fish, then you can put it in a saucepan and fill it with fried onions. Combining fish with onions gives a pleasant aroma to fish. And the fish and onions are very tasty.
During the day with tea, I ate fruit marshmallow (20 g) - 50 kcal.
And my day turned out to be 1405 kcal. B106, Zh69, U96. Yesterday I brought an excess of carbohydrates, today I leveled this excess.
