Do you doubt that you can lose weight deliciously and without starving? I, too, used to think that losing weight can only be done by restricting yourself severely, practically starving. And it didn't lead to anything good.

Now I know for sure - it is possible to lose weight tasty and not starving!

Calorie counting helped me lose weight and change my eating habits.

Today I want to share with you a recipe for a delicious snack - zucchini baked under a hat.

KBZHU - 🔥 Tasty and satisfying!

✅I needed the following ingredients:

  • 1 small zucchini - 400g (neat weight),
  • suluguni cheese - 50 g,
  • soft cottage cheese (or natural yogurt) - 110 g,
  • garlic - 1 large clove - 10 g,
  • black pepper, spice "Herbs of Greece" (you can use any favorite herbal spices.

✅Cooking.

Cut the zucchini into slices about 2 centimeters thick.

Salt the zucchini and sprinkle it with spices - black pepper and your favorite dry herbs (I have the Herbs of Greece today).

Rub the garlic on a fine grater.

Suluguni rub on a coarse grater.

Mix the garlic with soft cottage cheese (or yogurt) - mix well so that the garlic is evenly distributed.

Then add the cheese and stir it into the curd.

We spread the zucchini circles on a baking sheet (I covered it with a silicone mat).

For each circle of zucchini, lay out hats of cottage cheese, garlic and cheese.

We send it to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes, until a cheese-curd crust forms.

That's it! It would seem as simple and a minimum of products, but it is not possible to come off - you just want to eat another one.
