Do you still believe in miracle weight loss remedies or vice versa in the fact that you can only lose weight by "closing your mouth" and eating one herb?

We need to correct this situation.

Just like you, I went through everything related to weight loss. And hoped for various teas, weight loss supplements. The effect of them to get rid of body fat is zero.

And I went through hungry diets. I withstood something and got a result, but short-term. And with some diets, I broke down, pounced on food again.

When I realized that either I continue the same way and lose the remaining health, which has already suffered from excess weight, or I change my lifestyle and save myself - I came to counting calories and BJU (proteins, fats, carbohydrates).

And everything changed in my life.

Calorie counting has changed my eating habits and lifestyle. I adjusted the daily routine, the drinking regime.

I began to cook dishes that are less nutritious, and most of the dishes are suitable for families. The food became not high-calorie, but balanced, which allowed me to lose weight and establish communication with the body and get rid of many ailments that overweight brought. My life has become more active and interesting.

And with all this 👆 I do not starve, I eat tasty, varied and balanced, allowing myself my favorite snacks.

You can lose weight comfortably without harming your health, either physical or psychological.

The choice is yours.

And I'll move on to my menu for today.

My breakfast is sandwiches on Darnitsa bread (60 g) with avocado (35 g) and fish paste (60 g). I drank green tea with sandwiches.

It turned out breakfast for 380 kcal.

I had breakfast and to work. It seems to me that a dull working day awaits me again, which I will not even remember. It's a pity that the weather is getting worse - I'm so cold that I don't want to go outside even on weekends.

I took a break from work to have a snack - the diet requires that it be observed, and the stomach does not allow me to forget about the regime.

Snack - lavash roll stuffed with cottage cheese and nectarines (150 g) - 230 kcal.

For lunch I have a pickle again. How good it is with soups. There are few calories, you can eat a huge plate and saturate your stomach, and thanks to the low calorie content, you can afford a tasty treat. And most importantly, I cooked a large pot of soup and here's your lunch for a few days.

A bowl of soup (450 g) with 30 g sour cream 15% - 220 kcal.

For dinner I made zucchini pancakes with minced chicken and cheese. I prepared a yogurt sauce with herbs and garlic for the pancakes.

While preparing dinner, I ate 20 g of peanuts for 110 kcal.

Dinner - 210 g zucchini pancakes with minced chicken and cheese, 50 g sauce and 50 g cherry - 400 kcal.

And the free calories went to my delicious tea in the evening, enough for the marshmallow - 50 kcal.

In just a day it turned out 1390 kcal. B - 91, F - 67, U - 103. The norm of water is drunk.

It is a pity that we practically did not have my works - all were sold and some even went abroad, taking tourists and business travelers with them.
