Strengthening the immune system this summer before a difficult autumn. We make vitamin C containing drinks from lemon and parsley.

Ingredients:

1. Lemon - half

2. Cane sugar - half a teaspoon

3. Parsley - bunch

4. Water - 2 glasses

5. Black peppercorns -2 things (without it)

(parsley and lemon contain record amounts of vitamin C)

Preparation

Wash everything thoroughly, clean it from unnecessary "wicks".

Making the first lemon drink. We take the lemon, cut it into 2 parts, set one aside, and cut the other into 4 slices and, together with the zest, immerse in a blender container, add cane sugar and warm water.

We twist it for about a minute, filter through a large strainer or cheesecloth and the lemonade is ready. (Drinks in small sips in the morning).

Making a second drink with parsley. We took parsley, cut it into smaller pieces (so as not to chew the blender propeller), topped up with slightly warm water, added pepper (improves the absorption of nutrients from parsley).

Twisted for 30-40 seconds, filtered and the parsley drink is ready! (These drinks are drunk like this: one day parsley, and the next lemon in a stack). Good health to everyone, friends!
