Iβll just leave a brief summary of losing weight on a calorie deficit, and the choice of how and by what methods to lose weight is yours.
Today, talk about bread for weight loss.
I came across an article with a study on the usefulness of a low-calorie diet with and without bread. And I remembered how at the beginning of the journey, when I had not yet achieved the result that I have now, and only went to him, there were many critics who advised to exclude bread from the diet and replace it with porridge.
It was pointless to explain that whole grain bread is the same carbohydrates as porridge. After all, they say everywhere that bread is not allowed! Well, how can you explain something to a simple woman who is losing weight and sharing her experience. I even conducted an experiment - a week without bread and other baked goods, which showed that nothing had changed in terms of weight loss, the plumb line was the same.
So back to the study.
The study was carried out, if I understood correctly, by the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism.
The aim of the study was to compare two methods of fighting obesity - with bread and without bread. The study involved 122 women over 18 years of age whose body mass index was above 25. They were divided into 2 groups and put on a low-calorie diet (with or without bread). The women were followed up for 16 weeks. 104 women completed the study. Moreover, from the group that had bread in the diet, the smallest number of people dropped out (21.3% versus 6.6%). Anthropometric and biochemical markers improved without significant differences between groups, but the fat content in the "bread group" is lower.
Research conclusion: The inclusion of bread in a low-calorie diet designed for weight loss has contributed to better evolution of dietary parameters and greater adherence to the diet with fewer dropouts.

For breakfast today I didn't want to bother with anything and the best option for me is sandwiches. Today Darnitsky bread (60 g) with butter (10 g) and carp ike (30 g), as well as fish paste (60 g).
I washed down the sandwiches with green tea and got breakfast for 415 kcal.
In cold weather, you want to pamper yourself with something delicious. Today is Friday and I decided to save some free calories for the evening. After a working day, everyone will want to rest, indulge in something tasty and, in order not to sit sad without sweets, I leave myself a supply of calories.
During work, I had a snack with fruit - 150 g of plums and 100 g of nectarine - for 110 kcal.
I had time today to cook a huge pot of soup. And today everyone will eat and on the weekend there will be no need to cook at least for lunch. And quickly stir a casserole pie with cherries, cottage cheese and lavash - it does not take much time, and the oven will do all the main work.
The husband asked to cook the same pea soup, which is with smoked meats, but without smoked meatsπ. Remember the recipe? I shared with you, though it was a long time ago.
There are people who are very worried about my husband, how does he live a poor unfortunate person, and I also have to eat all this food.
You see how he "has" to eat... he asks to cook himself.

I had lunch with a bowl of soup (450 g) - for 250 kcal.
A little later, I drank tea with 150 g of pie with cherries, cottage cheese and lavash - 205 kcal.
I made part of the cake in a small form, and the leftovers that did not fit in small muffin tins. In the muffin tins, I liked even better - portioned small muffins-casseroles.
I was in such a mood this afternoon that I didn't want to work at all. Or rather, even the work simply did not go! I didnβt know which side to approach, and thatβs all. As they say - "I look in the book, but I see a fig." This is what I was today. Distracted by everything. And run to the store, and pick up the orders at the point. She wiped the kitchen table a hundred times. I answered all the comments in Zen. I sit down to work - it doesn't work.
So I decided to leave everything for Saturday, which can be postponed. All the same, we will most likely spend the weekend at home.
I devoted the free time to dinner. I fried the cod, made a sauce for it based on sour cream, garlic and pickled cucumber.
Dinner - 200 g of cod fried on a drop of oil and 70 g of sauce, as well as 150 g of cucumber, sprinkled with olive oil, pepper and salt.
Dinner for 390 kcal.
After dinner I drank tea with 20 g of fruit marshmallow - 50 kcal.
I ate all day. And in the end she ate 1420 kcal. B - 108, F - 57, U - 119. Almost perfect KBZHU for me.
And I do not forget to drink the rate of water (this is 30 ml per kilogram of weight), exercise and take care of the skin.
