I was on the edge. After years of fighting overweight, it only got worse. After each diet - gaining even more weight. And every time it becomes more difficult to stay on a diet, constant breakdowns.

But everything has changed.

It is important to understand that being overweight takes away our health and full active life.

We want to keep healthy, we want to lead an active lifestyle, to be slim - first of all, we need to change our attitude to food, change our eating habits.

Returning from a regular diet to a regular diet, we return excess weight. It is from the habit of dieting, and then eating all over again, that we must get rid of.

Calorie counting helped me cope with myself, change my eating habits. A balanced diet (in terms of BJU) - gives the body all the nutrients it needs. In this case, you do not need to starve and eat tasteless fresh food.

By counting calories I was able to lose weight and change my attitude towards food. I eat deliciously, do not starve, but I already eat completely different food - less high-calorie and fatty, keeping the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

I'll tell you about my menu for today.

For breakfast today scrambled eggs from two eggs with chicken ham (100 g) and green tea.

Breakfast came out on 350 kcal.

In the morning I took a break from work and went to the store - I needed fresh cottage cheese (when there is no cottage cheese in the house, I feel uncomfortable) and bought food on trifles.

At home, I could not walk past fresh cottage cheese and for a snack I mixed myself 120 g of cottage cheese 5%, 50 g of yogurt and 20 g of raspberry jam. How delicious it is.

Snack on 230 kcal.

A little more than 2 years ago, I could not even look at the cottage cheese calmly, and so that it seemed tasty to me. Never, never will I be able to eat this cottage cheese, I said. Never say never 🀣

After a snack, I worked almost until lunchtime. And only when it was half past twelve did I realize that I urgently needed to cook soup for lunch.

I was planning a vegetable cheese soup, but it cooks quickly enough.

So soon I had lunch.

A plate of vegetable soup (400 g) learned only 155 kcal.

And after dinner I brewed green tea, weighed 50 g of dried mango and went back to the computer. During work, I drank tea and ate all the mangoes, although I planned to leave some for tea for the evening.

Mango - 160 kcal.

I have a lot of free calories left for the evening.

And dinner consisted of 300 grams of cod fried on a drop of olive oil, Korean carrots and 40 grams of bread.

Happened for dinner 455 kcal.

And just left 50 kcal on fruit marshmallow for tea (20 g).

As a result, 1400 kcal per day came out. B - 99, F - 59, U - 114.

I repeat once again that 80% of success is nutrition. No amount of sport will help if you eat more than you spend. Yes, and with a weight over 100 kg, one must very carefully approach physical activity so as not to harm health.

To help the calorie deficit and balance of the BJU - drinking regimen and physical education.

And a small digression.

Today I was once again convinced that I am doing the right thing when I send those who muddy the water and pour out their dirt everywhere β€œinto the garden”.

Sometimes they send me links to other channels where mine is somehow affected. And this morning there was a time, and I decided to see what is so interesting going on with others, since they sent me a link.

And I saw. I saw how evil people are after all. Some people are haunted by my channel, they even come to other authors to discuss it, it turns out. I banned them, they complain. But they did not stop their discussions on me and went through the subscribers. After all, they are there "from their evil bell tower" it is better to see who lives what.

I see that I banned correctly. Such people should be sent away from themselves, otherwise they will bring chaos and dirt wherever they go.

But everyone finds an author to match. I don’t want and will not discuss other channels. I have something more useful to do. I can only wish you success in their difficult business.

And I again ask you in connection with all of the above.

I ask you not to recommend reading my channel to other authors or subscribers of other channels.

If the author started writing in this thread, he has already visited my channel and you will only embitter him with your recommendations. He is now also an author, and not just a reader. I remember when I started this blog that there was practically no one in this topic with a similar presentation. What now? You yourself know and see. It is enough to compare the dates of the first articles on the channels and everything will fall into place.

Not all newly minted authors want to see recommendations to read another channel in their article.

PS: Before publishing I decided to add, I could not resist. People do not have time to cook, buy food, everyone works from morning to night, and therefore cannot lose weight.
