Are you eating potatoes? What are you! So you won't lose weight! How often have I heard this. Hello everyone who told me this two years ago.

Yes, potatoes contain starch, potatoes have a high glycemic index. People who monitor blood sugar should be careful with this product.

But nothing will happen to your weight loss process if you eat potatoes a couple of times a week.

After all, the potatoes themselves are not so high in calories - only 77 kcal per 100 g. At the same time, it contains a lot of vitamins, macro and microelements!

We ourselves are turning potatoes into a calorie bomb. We fry it in the sea of ​​oil, on cracklings. But we blame everything, of course, on the potatoes.

But you can boil potatoes, bake and it will be delicious!

Today I will tell you how I bake potatoes with aromatic herbs - it turns out very tasty and the calorie content of the dish at the exit is just wonderful.

We take the amount of potatoes we need.

We cut it into small slices.

We put it in a bowl. Add salt and black pepper to taste. And generously - dry garlic and favorite aromatic herbs. This time I used the Italian herbs seasoning.

I sprinkled the potatoes with olive oil using an oil spray.

Thanks to the atomizer, a tiny amount of oil is sprayed evenly onto the food.

We found out together with you that one spray of a spray is about 0.1 ml. It took me only 10 zips to sprinkle all the potatoes.
As a result, I added no more than 10 kcal to the potatoes, thanks to the sprayer, but the baked potatoes already turned out to be appetizing and in some places with a pleasant crust.
It is very convenient to spray the pan to fry something on it. I usually need no more than 5 taps (puffs) to spray the pan and nothing sticks to it. Indeed, sometimes food can be fried even in a non-stick pan.
And again, no more than 10 kcal should be added to the dish.

I mixed the potatoes with spices and butter, put them in a baking dish.

Baked in the oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes. Focus on your oven for baking times.

100 g of such baked potatoes for a side dish fit perfectly into my daily KBZHU.

KBZHU per 100 g of finished potatoes: K - 120, B - 2.86, F - 0.27, U - 24.35.

Products used:

  • potatoes 530 g,
  • olive oil - 1 g,
  • salt, black pepper, dry garlic, Italian herbs.

The total weight of the dish is 370 g.
