Good day and delicious weight loss!

My channel is my experience of losing weight without hungry diets, which often lead only to breakdowns. Here I share not only my menu for the day, but recipes for low-calorie dishes that are included in my diet.

Thanks to the transition to nutritional control by counting calories and the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, I managed not only to lose weight, but also to cope with many health problems.

As they say, everything ingenious is simple. And indeed it is.

I, of course, do not pretend to be a genius, by the way it was just said above Π²Ρ‹ΡˆΠ΅.

The other day I had to make something quick for myself for dinner from the remaining one fillet of chicken breast.

For a long time there were no rolls, I thought, but with what filling should I cook them? There was no plan in advance. And at the very last moment, I decided to just use whatever I find in the refrigerator. And curd cheese and pesto sauce caught my eye.

As a result, for dinner I had juicy, very tasty and spicy chicken rolls.

I cut the chicken breast fillet lengthwise to get two thin pieces, which I still opened with a knife (this process is clearly visible in the video).

We beat off the resulting pieces. Salt and pepper.

Lubricate each piece with curd cheese and pesto sauce. Don't overdo it with pesto, literally 1/3 teaspoon for each bite.

The curd cheese and pesto should be spread all over the chicken fillet.

We turn it into a roll and just in case we connect the edges with a toothpick. We transfer the rolls to a baking dish or just on a baking sheet.

I usually do not secure the rolls with anything.

Salt each roll on top and sprinkle with dry garlic and sweet paprika, rubbing the spices over the entire surface.

I also sprayed with olive oil from a spray bottle - that's less than 1g of oil.

We bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for no more than 20-25 minutes.

So that the breast is juicy - the main rule is not to overexpose it.
