That only I have not tried in my adult life, but the weight still returned, or I even could not stand the next diet.

Calorie counting helped me solve the problem of excess weight.

The main thing is that we do not strictly limit ourselves, do not put our body at 1000 kcal and below, do not forbid ourselves to eat many foods.

The basic rule is a small calorie deficit and a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

Yes, the weight will go away slowly enough. But during this time, the attitude towards food changes, food habits are formed, which in the future will help maintain weight and not gain extra pounds again.

I'll tell you about my menu for the day. So far I have been restrained in the diet, because it happened the other day that my stomach suffered a little due to my inattention.

Breakfast - scrambled eggs in pita bread with cheese and green onions.

Prepares quickly, hearty and delicious.

I used 60 g of lavash, 2 eggs, 35 suluguni cheese and 5 g of green onions.

It is very simple to prepare such scrambled eggs. It is necessary to mix eggs, finely chopped green onions, grated cheese, add a little salt.

Cut 3 circles of pita bread. Put one circle of lavash in a dry frying pan and fill it with half the egg mixture. Then cover with another circle of lavash and fill with the remaining mixture, which we close with the last circle of lavash. Fry over medium heat on both sides for 3-4 minutes.

Today I wanted to cook more satisfying scrambled eggs and I made 2 egg layers. More often I make one layer of egg sweep (with one egg) and use 2 cups of pita bread.

Breakfast turned out to be 465 kcal. After breakfast I drank green tea.

After I got sick at the weekend, I slowly return to work.

But I am in no hurry to give up crackers yet, although I gradually introduce ordinary dishes into the diet, and not just chicken broth.

During the break I had a bite of green tea with two croutons (30 g) - 105 kcal.

I have a question for you.How do you store dried fruits and nuts? I usually had everything in bags. Dried mango is my favorite in the same package as sold, dates in cardboard boxes in which I bought.

It was eaten quickly and did not spoil. But I understand that storing in a package is bad.

And I ordered myself glass jars with lids for the purpose of storing dried fruits and nuts.

Today I took the last jar, first I took 2 jars, tried it and I liked it. Gradually I ordered more. And today I took the last can (I hope the last oneπŸ˜‚).

Now I have dried fruits and nuts arranged in jars and look neat in the closet:

I am satisfied - so I decided to share with you, maybe someone will come in handy with such an idea.

For lunch today - potatoes, stewed with chicken breast (360 g), which I prepared for yesterday's dinner.

Lunch at 315 kcal

After lunch I took one fruit marshmallow for tea - 50 kcal.

Today I had to pull myself together, prepare something new. Stop relaxing, do you think?

Closer to dinner, I gathered my strength and went to the kitchen to cook the zucchini roll that I had long thought of.

On Friday evening we went to the market for vegetables and finally bought zucchini there. But it so happened that on the weekend I was unable to cook anything.

I'll have a roll for dinner.

And I want cottage cheese. I'm so used to the fact that there is always cottage cheese in the diet, which is not at ease without it. But I understand that I need to be more careful with dairy products now. And so you want either a cottage cheese casserole, or a dessert of some kind but based on cottage cheese.

And I remembered that I had a jar of coconut milk in my refrigerator for a long time, just in case. So the very case came when coconut milk came in handy. I'm having a low-calorie dessert tonight - almost PP panna cotta.

Dinner - squash dough roll with chicken and cheese filling (200 g) - 335 kcal.

And 3 hours before bed, I ate my PP panna cotta. How delicious it turned out. It was even unexpected for me. Firstly, coconut milk turned out to be successful, tasty and the dessert is above tasty, tender, KBZHU is excellent.

250 g panna cotta - 140 kcal.

As a result, the day went to 1410 kcal. B - 102, F - 54, U - 134.

I drink water very well - I know that now my body needs water more than ever, and I also drink green tea.

So far I have ruled out physical education.
