Today I again want to touch on the topic of a plateau in weight loss, when the weight rises and does not want to go into any more. Everyone is afraid of a plateau. But in fact, it is inevitable and even beneficial for the body.

Everything seemed to be going well, the weight flew down at a speed that was quite satisfactory for you and then the weight got up, the volumes did not go away. And you are doing everything right, and there is a deficit, but the weight stands still.

At this moment, many have doubts creeping into their heads, all sorts of thoughts that are absolutely unnecessary for you.

There is no need to be afraid of a plateau, it is even useful. After all, the body must adapt to the new weight.

Losing 10 kg is a joy for you and you want an even better result and would be faster, because a new smaller dress is already hanging in the closet.

And for the body it is a huge work, because it needs to rebuild many processes, restore the balance of vital systems.

As much as we would like, but it does not happen that the weight always systematically falls. There will always be pauses. It should be remembered that we are all individual, our organisms are also individual and the pause (plateau) for each of us can last for a different time. This is our physiology. Someone's body will be able to rebuild in a month, while others will need 3 months.

The most important thing is to be patient and keep going towards your goal. And you will succeed!

I'll move on to my menu for the day.

Today I decided to eat my favorite lightly salted fish for breakfast.

I feel that the body has recovered from a minor illness, and there is nothing to pamper it - the path works.

Breakfast - sandwiches on Darnitsky bread (60 g) with curd cheese (20 g) and lightly salted chum salmon (80 g).

Breakfast came out on 360 kcal.

I drank green tea at breakfast.

I took a break from work for a snack. I decided to eat a zucchini roll, because I knew that for lunch there would be chicken broth with noodles, but it is not that high in calories.

185 g zucchini roll with chicken breast and cheese - 310 kcal.

For lunch, chicken soup with noodles and drumsticks. 350 g of broth, 55 g of boiled vermicelli and 100 g of chicken drumstick.

Lunch at 340 kcal.

For dinner, I cooked nimble chicken breast skewers on the electric grill. Why nimble? Because they prepare very quickly.

To the kebab (165g, raw weight) I prepared a vegetable salad (cherry, cucumber - total weight 200 g), seasoned with olive oil (2 g),

Learned dinner for 245 kcal.

Today I again cooked my quick cheesecakes on puff pastry with cottage cheese and raspberry jam and tried to fit 1 cheesecake into my KBZHU.

I ate 1 cheesecake with tea after dinner - 210 kcal.

In total, 1465 kcal came out in a day. B - 120, F - 50, U - 111.

I drink my norm of water, which is 30 milliliters per kilogram of weight.

Today I managed to walk a little - the weather is still wonderful, although not so warm. The scent of autumn is in the air, which we have, practically in the forest, is simply gorgeous. In the evening it is very pleasant to walk and breathe in the fresh air.

Miracles work with my weight. Due to the fact that this Sunday I practically ate one broth and drank a lot of water, I was in a huge calorie deficit. And on Monday the scales were 69 kg. For the sake of interest, I weighed myself. Since Tuesday, I returned to my usual deficit and tried to stick to it, but I drank water closer to normal and no more. And today the weight is 71 kg. Can you imagine how water walks in my body?

On Friday I will fix the weight on the control weighing, the most interesting is what the scales will show me.
