I'll tell you about my menu for the day.

Today I woke up with an empty head. It's true, it feels like my head is empty - no thoughts. I would like to have breakfast already, but I have no idea what to eat and have no ideas.

I opened the refrigerator and the first thing I saw was a container with a zucchini roll.

She warmed up (185 g of roll left) and ate. I did it 310 kcal.

And now I feel that I am not full. I still want to eat. In such cases, I take something for tea. If I don't eat something else now, then I will only think about food.

I cut off 50 g of ham ("for breakfast", not chicken) - 130 kcal.

And having drunk green tea with 3 pieces of ham, I already realized that everything, I ate and thoughts about food do not enter my head.

Breakfast came out on 440 kcal. Here is such a strange morning I had today.

I ate and life somehow began to improve. And thoughts appeared, went to work.

I started here, not so long ago, emptying the refrigerator. We have two refrigerators - one is the main one with food, with containers in which ready meals and the second (on the balcony) with preparations: pickles-jam.

And so I conducted an audit and found old strawberry jam, raspberry and grated strawberries, which began to ferment. I thought and thought what to do with this wealth and decided to try strawberry-strawberry jam to turn it into a drink. I filled it with water, put on a glove with a hole and into a dark place.

It's been a couple of days since the glove deflated. As experts write on the Internet, the drink is almost ready. I have never prepared such drinks myself using this technology - a pure experiment based on advice from the Internet.

And today I remembered about the jar, the deflated glove and took a break, went to sip the drink. By smell πŸ‘. It remains to check on someoneπŸ˜‚. I thought about it, and filled in the old raspberry one according to the same principle.

Having dealt with the jam quickly, I sent a chocolate cake to the microwave.

For some reason I wanted tea and cake. Cupcake in 5 minutes - it went well. Today I got it better than ever, although it rose too much during cooking and the dough leaked a little over the edges of the mold.

Cupcake smeared 40 g of soft curd and poured 10 g of date syrup. I didn't add sugar or sahzam.

The snack came out on 240 kcal.

For lunch I warmed up chicken broth (350 g), to which I added 70 g of boiled noodles and 55 g of chicken drumstick meat.

Lunch went out on 280 kcal.

I have long dreamed of potatoes, herring and vegetable salad in addition to potatoes and herring. Since then I have been dreaming how Nadezhda (hello to you, Nadezhda!) Described one of her meals so deliciously. But we had to finish everything we had cooked, then they left, then there was a health incident. No way.

But today is the day when dreams come true!

I baked potatoes, chopped the herring, sprinkled onions, cooked a salad - beauty! And the eye rejoices!

Dinner - 180 g of baked potatoes, 70 g of ivashi herring and 150 g of vegetable salad seasoned with olive oil (less than 1 g).

Dinner for 385 kcal.

Late dinner with tea, I ate dried mango (20 g) - 65 kcal.

In total, 1410 kcal were obtained in a day. B - 108, F - 50, U -125.

To help the calorie deficit, a drinking regimen (30 ml of water per 1 kg of body weight) and exercise.
