At the same time, nothing changed in my diet after the next diet. I lost weight - I returned to regular food, which has already led me to excess weight more than once.

It is important not only to lose weight, but also to maintain the result. And we will never save the result if we return to the same diet that was before the diet.

You need to reconsider your diet and understand exactly where you are going, which creates a calorie surplus in your diet.

Calorie counting and BJU (protein / fat / carbohydrate) - taught me to control nutrition, helped to change eating habits. I began to cook my favorite dish, but less high in calories and achieved a result that I never dreamed of.

My slimming menu is made from ordinary foods and dishes.

Breakfast - two boiled eggs and a sandwich on whole grain bread (30 g) with boiled pork tongue (50 g). I drank green tea at breakfast.

Happened 370 kcal on breakfast.

When is it spring? Can you skip winter and have a warm, blooming spring at once?

So everything is hard for me in rainy and cold weather. And I want to eat more than usual. And this is not hunger - it just wants to please yourself with the most affordable of what you can think of here and now - food.

I think that now I am not the only one like that. Admit it, you are also drawn to something tasty to chew? And I want most of all carbohydrates, baked goods. Probably, the body wants to prepare for winter. And winter is coming.

I've accomplished a little feat today. Very small, but still a feat. Once again I wanted a chocolate muffin for a snack for 5 minutes. But I put the banana I was already holding in my hand and went to the fridge for some Chinese cabbage.

For percussion, salad with Chinese cabbage, red onion, ham and carrots in a loin, seasoned with 30 g of sour cream with the addition of smoked paprika.

140 g salad - 150 kcal.

Since I cooked jellied meat on the weekend, we will now eat it. As it turned out, the KBZHU jellied meat turned out to be very good (taking into account the fact that the main meat is turkey breast.

I don't know about you, but for me the best combination is jellied meat and potatoes. Let those who follow the combination of products follow him and follow. And we will eat tasty and slim.

Lunch - 250 g of jellied meat and 150 g of baked potatoes. It turned out on 380 kcal.

No wonder they say that Monday is a hard day. Not only is the weather depressing, but after the weekend I can hardly get myself into a working mood. Every now and then I get distracted by comments in Zen and ended up having a work evening for myself until late.

For dinner there was boiled buckwheat (120 g) and 120 g of chicken liver stewed in sour cream and tomatoes in its own juice.

After dinner with tea, I tried plum buns. I had an experiment in the kitchen today. I had little faith in the result, since the original recipe is slightly different from what I started - there is a sea of ​​oil there. But everything worked out! I will try to share with you a recipe for wonderful buns as soon as possible, which are cooked for one or two, and due to the fact that they are empty, you can cook with different fillings. Something resemble profiteroles, but the fuss with them is much less.

Tea with buns - 150 kcal.

In total, 1400 kcal came out in a day. B - 99, F - 58, U - 112.

I drink water (the recommended rate for a healthy person is 30 ml per 1 kg of body weight). When it's cool, the water is thinner and I try to drink warm water. Warm water goes somehow better with me.
