What I have not tried, what diets have just not gone through to lose weight. But every time the weight returned. Now I understand that the weight will always return after the diet, if we go back to the usual diet. Think for yourself - if nutrition has already led us to excess weight, then by losing weight and returning to it, we return the excess weight, gradually eating it again.

You need to understand that there should not be a return to the food that led you to excess weight. But you cannot sit on a diet all your life, otherwise the body will no longer receive all the nutrients and vitamins it needs, which will lead to health problems.

And what can I say - an eternal diet is unattractive.

Nutrition should be balanced and controlled.

Through calorie counting, I have learned to control my diet. Now I know what foods bring me how many calories and I’ll think a hundred times whether I should eat a whole a chocolate bar, if instead of it there can be a full-fledged lunch with a meat dish, a side dish, and maybe a small PP dessert.

For breakfast today, I have something that could be eaten quickly, because I had to work a little in the morning, and then run for beauty.

Therefore, today are dummy buns (100 g), which I stuffed with quick-melted cheese (50 g) and coffee with milk (100 ml).

Breakfast came out on 420 kcal.

Right after breakfast - at the computer. And by the time of her recording, she fled for beauty. Girls are such girls, you have to pay attention to yourself sometimes.

The weather, of course, leaves much to be desired. The rain is drizzling from time to time, the wind is cold - I don't want to walk in such weather at all. While walking, I photographed our autumn forest for you:

I returned home and immediately had a bite of orange (290 g) and began to cook cheese soup. I cooked a large pot for a few days. While cooking the soup, I ate another 15 g of pine nuts.

And I ended up having a snack for 210 kcal.

Having finished cooking the soup, or rather it was being cooked, it can be said without my participation - I hastened to work so as not to sit late in the evening.

I had lunch with cheese soup (450 g) - 305 kcal.

Towards evening, closer to me, I again had to tear myself away from my favorite computer and cook dinner. I decided to stew zucchini and bake chicken breast under a fur coat - so much so that this food would last for several days.

Cooking didn't take much time - I put the vegetables in a saucepan, added tomato paste, spices and left to stew.

I lightly beat off the breast, salt and pepper, sprinkled with dry garlic and juniper seasoning. I smeared the breast with curd cheese, put a Korean carrot on top, put tomato slices on it and sprinkled with suluguni cheese. She put the breast in the oven for 25 minutes. It turned out very tasty, spicy and at the same time tender.

That was the end of my cooking mission. Nothing complicated and a minimum of time spent.

For dinner, I have a chicken breast under a coat of Korean carrots, tomato and suluguni cheese (180 g) and stewed zucchini (100 g).

Dinner turned out to be 350 kcal.

3 hours before bedtime, I drank tea with dried mango (40 g) - 130 kcal.

In just a day, I got 1415 kcal. B - 98, F - 56, U - 125.

I try to drink the rate of water, it turns out only warm to drink my rate. In cold weather, cold water does not want to drink, even with me. But there is always a way out - warm water even warms.
