I want to offer you a recipe for a wonderful chocolate pancake cake with custard.

I already told you how I prepare a custard low-calorie cream, I will leave a link to the recipe at the end of this article.

And now it's time for wonderful chocolate pancakes. There is a secret ingredient that makes the pancakes taste even more delicious - but first things first.

🍰To make a chocolate pancake cake, you need the following products:

  • natural yogurt (in a jar) - 130 g,
  • milk 2.5% - 130 g,
  • whole grain rice flour - 70 g,
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • cocoa - 5 g,
  • instant coffee - 1/2 teaspoon.
  • 100 ml boiling water + 1/3 teaspoon of baking soda,
  • sweetener - 5 sachets (1 sachet = 1 g = 5 g sugar),
  • a pinch of salt,
  • custard - 280 g.
  • bitter chocolate 80 g and milk 20 g - for fondant (if desired).

KBZHU for 100 g of pancakes: K - 175, B - 8.43, F - 6.13, U - 0.29

🍰Cooking.

We mix yogurt, milk and eggs. Add sweetener and a pinch of salt.

I immediately added cocoa.

But as the professionals say, it is better to mix cocoa with flour and only then add it to liquid ingredients.

Gradually add flour and mix so that there are no lumps.

The secret ingredient is coffee. Add 1/2 teaspoon of coffee to the dough and stir. Our pancakes will also have a pleasant coffee flavor and aroma. If you want a richer aroma - you can add a whole spoonful of coffee - be guided by your taste.

We dilute soda in boiling water and brew our dough with it.

I baked pancakes in a non-stick frying pan, greased with a little oil.

The smaller the diameter of the pan in which you will bake the pancakes, the smaller the diameter of the pancakes themselves - which means the pancake cake will turn out to be taller.

The pancakes are ready - you can collect the pancake cake.

we start with the very first pancakes, which have already cooled down. Lubricate each pancake with a spoonful of custard.

Do not grease the last pancake with anything. You can leave the cake in this form to freeze for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.

I made a chocolate fondant. She melted 80 g of chocolate with 20 g of milk in the microwave, mixed the chocolate with milk well and poured the cake with the resulting fondant.
