And as a consequence, even if there was a result - the weight came back and brought friends with you.

Who would have put everything on the shelves for me in due time and told the principle of losing weight in an accessible language. Maybe I didn't have those extra pounds.

Get ahead of your advice on nutritionists and specialists. I applied. But no use, except for a ruined stomach. What did the nutritionist do? He put me on another diet - chicken breast and stewed cabbage without salt and spices. Eat says from morning to night how much will fit for a whole month, and then you come to me, let's see the result. As a result, minus 10 kg per month and minus health.

A lot of this nasty stuff won't fitΠ». Now I understand that my diet for a month was no more than 900-1000 kcal. With a weight of over 110 kg (at that time) and a height of 172 cm. Thank you for the only problems with the stomach, not with the hormonal system.

Why did none of the "experts" explain about the calorie content of foods and the need to balance the BJU? I won't get any answers. Perhaps I came across pseudo specialists?

But on the other hand, I now know almost everything myself about calories and BJU. And with the help of counting calories and the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, I lost 63 kg, now I gradually increase my calorie intake and keep my weight.

There is a desire to get rid of a few more pounds in the future.

I'll tell you about my menu for the day.

My breakfast consisted of sandwiches on whole grain bread (70 g) with boiled pork tongue (70 g) and suluguni cheese (45 g).

I ate sandwiches with green tea.

It turned out breakfast for 445 kcal.

My Saturday morning started with household chores. I cooked and cleaned, and redid a bunch of other things before dinner.

I rested a little for a snack.

For a snack I have an orange muffin on durum wheat semolina (80 g) and 120 g of apple.

Out for a snack 220 kcal.

And someone has a day off, but I decided - why sit at home in vain and went after lunch to work a little. But on weekdays I will have a little more free time.

For lunch I finished pumpkin puree soup (400 g). I will not stop telling you how delicious it is, it's also cheesy! With smoked paprika - just a bomb!

And since the soup is low-calorie, I wanted a sandwich with tea on whole grain bread (30 g) with curd cheese (20 g) and cold smoked pink salmon (50 g).

Came out my lunch (soup plus sandwich) on 380 kcal.
Yesterday we went shopping in the evening and stopped by the fish farm. The presence of a fish farm nearby, by the way, makes me very happy. Almost any fish is there. We bought carps. I love carp, but I don’t want to fry it, it turns out very fatty, in my opinion, but for some reason I don’t really like the baked one.

But boiled carp is very tasty, and even a wonderful broth learns.

But today I decided to stew carp with vegetables - just in the first half of the day I cooked it.

For dinner I have 300 g of stewed carp (weight with vegetables and broth) - 175 kcal.

And I couldn't resist today.

I bought dark chocolate with grapefruit for testing. And during the day I ate as much as 40 g of chocolate! I planned just a strip of tea (20 g), but could not resist and ate another strip after it - it was too tasty (a novelty, as I understood it) and I hadn't eaten chocolate for a long time. As a result, plus 220 kcal to the diet.

In total, 1440 kcal were obtained in a day.

B - 77, F - 70, U - 125. There are not enough proteins today, and all because the diet was not planned in advance.

I drink my water rate - this is 30 ml per 1 kilogram of weight.

I don't forget about physical education and skin care. Recently, I have been actively practicing massage in the shower with vacuum cups and massage with a dry brush.

Dry brushing does not require any additional time expenditure for me at all. Before going to bed, we always watch a series of some TV series and while watching a movie, I slowly go through problem areas with a dry brush.

And I also want to show you which scales I bought to replace my old ones, who refused to work normally.

As I already told you in the comments to the past satyas, I chose the scales according to reviews, not paying attention to the manufacturer. In my opinion, we pay half the cost of the scales for the brand if we focus on the firm.

It was also important for me when choosing - good reviews for accurate work. And the most important thing - I wanted a scale of a certain appearance, so that the display with numbers was clearly visible. My old glass scales were almost square, and when I put a plate on it, it blocked all the scoreboards and had to look under the plate to see the weight, plus the numbers glittered because of this.
