I went to the news feed this morning to see what is happening in the world. And she flipped a little further. The Zen tape immediately flashed to me. And the first thing that caught my eye was an article about miraculous water, thanks to which, without any problems, you can quickly lose weight. This water is dill. It is necessary to brew dill (the brewing method is described), drink and wait for the result.
Does anyone still believe in magic water, a magic pill and other magic things that help to lose weight without difficulty quickly and immediately by 20 kilograms in a week?
Without labor, without the slightest effort on your part, there can be no talk of any weight loss. There are no such miracles!
β But you can always make the process of losing weight comfortable, tasty and not hungry.
I will not hide it. In my youth, I also believed in all sorts of miraculous waters (but then we had water on parsley), in teas for weight loss, from which there is only one effect - a laxative, and also in the fact that if you do not sit down all day and do everything while standing, then you can "eat" and still lose weight, because the activity increases significantly (and this was yesπ). Youβre on your feet all day. Is it funny? I am now very funny and at the same time sorry for the lost years.
The calorie content of foods has long been known. So why are they still trying to entertain us with all kinds of diets, magic drinks and other nonsense?
After all, the only thing that is necessary for losing weight is spending more energy than you consume with food. And this is achieved through a calorie deficit (unless you are, of course, an athlete who hangs out in the gym all day and your load consumes more energy than you get from food).
And although at the present time there is a lot of information on the topic of losing weight by counting calories, but still there are those who talk about miracle water and those who believe in it. In this case, the miracle water is used by me as a generalizing image, as an example.
As soon as I understood the above principle, I came to my result - minus 63 kg. Slow, tasty, comfortable and healthy.

At breakfast, I decided to finish off a portion of salad with chicken breast, cheese and canned pineapples, which I prepared for dinner yesterday (250 g of salad dressed with 20 g of sour cream 10%). And with green tea I ate 50 g of boiled pork tongue.
I ate everything without bread, although he asks for the salad and the tongue.
It turned out breakfast for 435 kcal.
After breakfast, go straight to work. Thanks to the fact that on the weekends I worked on the sly at the computer, I now have more free time on weekdays.
Today I want to free up time after 3 pm and bake waffles according to the recipe that I already shared with you yesterday (I will leave it in a reminder). Today I decided to add orange zest to a part of the dough so that the waffles would have orange taste and aroma. The colder it is outside, the dreary the weather - the more you want aromas in baked goods. And I will prepare custard for waffles.
Lunch is for today, but dinner is only for myself, because at the weekend I cooked stewed carp only for myself, and was fried again.
But in order not to mess around for a long time in the kitchen - I decided to cook pasta in a navy way for home - they love them and have not eaten them for a long time, since more and more often they are able to feed them with "their own food". Cooking pasta - I do not consider this as cooking at all.
These are my plans. In the meantime, you have to work, but do not forget to have a snack at work.
I decided to have a snack with fruits - these are vitamins and at the same time a low-calorie snack - I want to leave free calories for the evening for a waffle with custard.
200 g of apple and 180 g of orange - 160 kcal.
By the way, I eat apples together with grains, because grains contain a huge amount of useful substances, including a good dose of iodine - you can read more about it - here.
For lunch I ate chicken breast baked based on chkmeruli (250 g). The breast was generously poured with milk sauce (100 g), in which it was languishing in the oven. And to the breast in the sauce I added a slice of whole grain bread (30 g).
Lunch went out on 370 kcal.
After dinner, I finish everything I need for work today, I run to the store for bread and milk and occupy my favorite territory - the kitchen.
And for my husband's return from work, I have dinner and fragrant waffles with cream for tea ready.
My dinner is 300 g of carp stewed with vegetables in yoghurt sauce. The weight is indicated for pure carp (without bones, skins, etc.) with vegetables and broth.
Dinner for 175 kcal.
Later, with tea, I ate waffles with custard, to which I also added a low-calorie raspberry sauce.
Waffles (60 g), custard sauce (30 g) and raspberry sauce 5 g - 285 kcal.
In the photo there are 2 waffles for 37 g, then I ate another one, it was very tasty.
The basic rule is the last meal 2-3 hours before bedtime.
Our main dinner is at 17 o'clock and I eat something else at about 19-20 o'clock, when.
The result of the day is 1425 kcal. B - 122, F - 55, U - 103.
I drank water and even green tea poorly today. Usually my tea goes mug after mug. You sit at the computer, and your hand itself reaches for a mug of tea - and there is already empty! You go for the next one, and there you will drink some water for one thing, so that the norm is typed. But today things are not the same as usual. And tea was not drunk and water was not drunk.
Tomorrow on the scales would be such a good plus if I weighed myself every day. But I am saving my nervesπ. Moreover, the water cycle in the body is not worth them.
Apparently, she was carried away by work, and there was a goal ahead of him to finish it quickly. So I didn't even get distracted by my favorite tea.
