If we want not only to lose weight, but to maintain the health and tone of the body, we observe the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

Losing weight by counting calories is not a quick process, unless, of course, you are against common sense, do not decide to start losing weight by 1000-1200 kcal. But this is more of a diet that should not last long, otherwise you will harm your health.

Comfortable, tasty weight loss is a minimum deficit (15% of the norm) and a balance of BJU.

When losing weight by counting calories, cheat meals and even loading days are recommended. Cheat meal is one meal where you can eat any treat you've been dreaming of all week. It is the meal, not the time when you can cram everything that catches your eye into yourself. Usually cheat meals are held once a week.

A load is a day when we do not count calories and eat food in our regular meals that we do not allow ourselves often. Oh, it doesn't mean that you have to pounce on food and sweep away everything in your path. I try to adjust the load for any holidays, or going to a cafe, or just when I want to eat my favorite sushi rolls or enjoy my favorite Caucasian cuisine.

Cheat meals and days of loading do not allow the body to get used to a calorie deficit, rocking it. In addition, it is also a good psychological release, which helps to avoid breakdowns.

I was planning to take a rest on Saturday. However, we decided to go to Moscow in the afternoon to take a walk in the evening. And in the first half of the day I even tried not to do anything, but I realized that I was just wasting my time and went to work at the computer. So she sat until dinner.

I had a snack while working. For a snack, coffee with milk (50 g) and syrup (20 g) and 55 g of cheese. Snack on 270 kcal.

For lunch I ate a plate of chicken soup (350 g of chicken broth and 70 g of boiled noodles TSP). I have already told you why I have broth and vermicelli separately - so that the vermicelli in the broth does not swell and you can eat chicken soup for several days.

Lunch turned out to be 165 kcal.

I saved quite a lot of free calories for the evening. I didn’t know how it would work out with us, but maybe we’ll sit somewhere in the evening, relax and enjoy some tasty treats. I don't really want to go out of calorie especially, so I try to save calories, so to speak.

After lunch we went to Moscow on business, but it was necessary to stop by the store - it was time for my husband to buy sneakers for the fall.

They say that we women choose long clothes and shoes. It's hard for men with us. And they themselves? The whole store was re-measured - nothing was bought. We went to another store (we usually go through all the budget stores we know), but on the way we saw another one and turned into it. They picked up sneakers there, and then in between times I remember that I do not have autumn boots (only those that my mother-in-law gave me, but I can’t walk in them for a long time, not very comfortable).

I found what I wanted, we go to the cashier with 2 pairs of shoes, and the cashier says - choose the third. At first I did not understand why to go for the third. But it turned out that there was a special offer in the store. You buy two pairs and the third one as a gift.

And my husband says to me - go choose winter boots - you don't have them either.

This is how we always get it. We went to buy something for my husband, we find stocks in stores and I go out with a lot of new thingsπŸ˜‚

We already have as an anecdote: the spouses went to choose clothes for their husband, and the wife got up.

But we spent a lot of time. We came for a walk at VDNKh - it was already dark, so the photo is of poor quality, sorry:

They returned home late. At first they wanted to go to a cafe, but changed their minds. And so we spent on shoes, and it’s too late, so there was no desire to sit still and wait for the order.

And at home I had to cook something else for dinner, since I did not leave much food for the evening - I did not plan that we would have dinner with my husband at home. We decided not to bother and stopped for pizza.

For the evening I had 650 kcal left. I think I hit my daily calorie intake with a few slices of pizza.

I had such a day with an evening cheat meal today.

We wanted to pamper ourselves with delicious Georgian cuisine, but pampered with shopping, which is much more important.

I didn't even count the final KBZHU - after all, today is a cheat meal!

But do not forget that after each cheat meal, after each download - the next day again into battle!
