My channel is about losing weight, delicious and satisfying! For some, it is still strange that you can eat deliciously without starving and lose weight at the same time. Without hesitation, they follow the rules that only lead to health problems.
But most of those who figured out the essence of losing weight by counting calories and balancing BJU have already built themselves or are in the process and are successfully moving towards a slim figure.
For those who are slimming tasty and not starving, today I have the simplest recipe for an open pie with green onions and an egg. Here we will use our favorite all-purpose curd dough.
✅I needed the following ingredients for the dough:
- cottage cheese 5% (I have homemade by weight) - 310 g,
- chicken egg - 1 pc,
- whole grain flour (I have rice) - 140 g,
- a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
✅For the filling you will need:
- 4 boiled chicken eggs,
- a bunch of green onions - 80 g,
- kefir (I have 2.5%) - 50 g,
- suluguni cheese - 80 g.
✅Cooking.
Cooking the dough.
We mix cottage cheese, egg, flour, salt and baking powder. We knead well. The dough is sticky.
We cover the baking sheet with baking paper or a silicone mat (I have a silicone mat).
Immediately put the dough on the laid baking sheet and form the base.
Hands can be slightly moistened with water to help distribute the sticky dough.
We form the base with small sides.
We send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Be guided by your oven. The base should be browned.
While the base is browning, prepare the filling.
Chop eggs and onions. Add 50 ml of kefir to the eggs with onions, add a little.
The base of the cake is browned - we take it out of the oven and put the filling on it.
Sprinkle grated suluguni on top.
We send it to the oven for another 10-15 minutes, until a cheese crust appears.
