At the same time, it somehow happened that the majority of people had it in their heads: losing weight is not tasty, insipid, hungry. And many simply because they do not want to eat are not tasty and starve and do not attempt to lose weight.

I have been losing weight all my adult life on various diets, including completely bland ones, and even practiced hunger strikes. Each time I gained weight again and received cashback in the form of a few extra pounds. So I would have walked in a vicious circle. After all, I have already circled up to 132 kilograms.

But I realized that it was necessary to change the diet and control it constantly.

Diets are a huge stress for the body, leading to a deficiency of nutrients. And not everyone can sustain a diet, especially a tough, hungry one. And after dita what do we do? We return to the previous diet, but with what joy! Finally, you can have a delicious meal! And so the excess weight hurries back to us, just as happy as we eat our usual food.

Only nutritional control, a conscious approach to what and how much we eat will help not only lose weight, but also maintain the result.

The only way that has helped me change my diet, acquire new eating habits, is calorie counting and the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. At the same time, weight loss by counting calories is comfortable, tasty and not hungry.

An example of my slimming menu is common foods, simple preparation is tasty and not hungry.

Breakfast - two boiled eggs and a sandwich on Darnitsk bread (40 g) with fish paste (40 g). The green tea I drink is sugar free.

As always on weekdays - right after breakfast I get to work.

But there is one "but". It looks like yesterday's mood, or rather the lack thereof, spread to Monday. Everything is given to me with great difficulty. Yes, and there is simply no state of health today, and for half a day my ears are laid like on an airplane. I thought pressure, but no - like an astronaut.

Perhaps the weather? We've had taman since morning. Usually by lunchtime he dissipates, but today he did not want to leave at all.

I suffered until 11 o'clock. At 11 I always have a snack and I decided to drink coffee with milk (50 g) and syrup (15 g). And without hesitation, I cut 60 g of chicken sausage for coffee. I wanted something forbidden, so to speak.

It turned out to be a snack for 190 kcal. I thought coffee would cheer me up.

And in general, I have one disorder in my last days. I saved up money to take care of my legs (veins) and already signed up for a consultation. And then the tooth decided that it was more important. You probably know that if your teeth are not cured in time, you will end up spending a whole lot of money. In general, we will now have to act according to the situation. All one to one somehow.

And after the coffee, it somehow cleared up in my head and managed to work productively.

Also, at lunchtime, you will have to eat a turkey, which I cooked unsuccessfully yesterdayπŸ˜‚ in the absence of mood.

Well, nothing, I will brighten it up with narsharab sauce.

Lunch - 150 g of turkey breast baked with melted cheese, 150 g of boiled potatoes, 50 g of tomato and 20 g of narsharab sauce. I also grabbed a pickled cucumber (100g), they crunched so deliciously that I wanted it too.

Went out my lunch for 410 kcal.

After lunch I went to work with another mug of green tea with jasmine.

But before work, I previously filled in dried mushrooms, which I wanted to use in the evening in preparing risotto with mushrooms. By the way, thank you very much for the mushrooms Natalia Dobronravova and her husband, who collected mushrooms. πŸ‘ such hotels.

And really, everything got better by the evening. I decided all the working moments and went to cook dinner. While I was cooking, I even sang to myself, which happens very rarely. As a result, I got a delicious ala risotto, I won't even be shy - it was very tasty for us for dinner and satisfying.

300 g ala risotto with mushrooms - 385 kcal.

I dined with such pleasure. I would not even refuse another portion, but it hardly fit into me. The dish is hearty.

And my unaccounted-for almost slipped through. For risotto, broth is needed. I used the leftover chicken broth, filtering it through a sieve to remove vegetables and pieces of meat. And those 50 g of boiled chicken breast from the broth almost fell into disrepair, I ate them while I was cooking. And this is about 65 kcal.

The result of the day is 1435 kcal. B - 103, F - 55, U - 134.
