After so many years of dieting and hunger strikes, I found a way that helped me lose weight comfortably. No hunger, no breakdowns, delicious food.

The basic rule is to maintain a calorie deficit balance BJU.

Since I was in a hurry in the morning, I did not succeed in scrambled eggs. The ugly one came out. But eggs, they are eggs in Africa.

Breakfast - scrambled eggs from two eggs and a sandwich on Darnitsky bread (25 g) with curd cheese (30 g) and carp caviar (30 g). Breakfast for 390 kcal.

I've always had carp caviar lately. Thank you, readers, for an active discussion - now I’m hooked on eggs and not a tear.

And after breakfast we quietly gathered in Moscow on their own business, I will not go into details.

I took 25 g cashews with me for a snack - 160 kcal.

The weather today is kind of incomprehensible - the sun is shining, then it is raining. It even seemed to me that there was snow and rain at some point.And the wind just knocked me off my feet. Unusual. Try to carry 132 kg. And now we have to try with all our might not to fly awayπŸ˜‚. I'm kidding, of course.

We finished our business and went home. I didn’t even want to walk anywhere, and I’m not even up to walks now.

At home I dined on what had been prepared in advance.

Lunch - boiled buckwheat (150 g) and beef goulash (weight with broth 200 g). It turned out lunch for 330 kcal.

And after lunch I drank tea with 50 g of dried mango 160 kcal.

Let's not forget that all dried fruits are best washed. I have dried fruits, including mangoes, I must, but I photograph them for an article in dry form - since it does not look very nice when washed πŸ˜‚.

Tomorrow I have another trip, so after lunch I decided to cook liver pate - everyone at home really liked it, and so did I. Today I decided to put a kilogram of liver on a paste, otherwise we did not have enough of a paste of 250 g (I did it for testing), we didn’t gorge ourselves on the pate last time.

She also marinated the chicken in different spices - I added classic salt, pepper, suneli hops, ground coriander, and garlic.

I hope I'll be back early enough tomorrow and have time to bake a chicken and potatoes for dinner. Oh, and it will be delicious. For a day, the chicken will marinate perfectly.

And for dinner again, boiled buckwheat (135 g) and stewed chicken liver (150 g).

Dinner 380 kcal.

Total 1420 kcal. B - 94, F - 59, U - 123.
