Take my slimming menu as an example. Ordinary foods, ordinary meals, but cooked with less calories than many are used to.

My Saturday breakfast is the simplest one you can whip up. These are sandwiches.

Yesterday I prepared a liver pate and now you can enjoy delicious sandwiches (I will leave the pate recipe at the end of the article in a reminder).

Sandwiches on Darnitsa bread (70 g) with liver pate (80 g) and green tea for sandwiches. Went out breakfast for 320 kcal.

Breakfast was early as we have business in Moscow. Immediately after breakfast and left. I didn't take anything with me as a snack. I didn't even take nuts like yesterday, for example.

Having finished our business, we immediately went home through the market. We ran out of vegetables, and the fruit had to be bought.

Feijoa has appeared for a long time - a very useful berry, and I have never bought it this season. And my favorite persimmon is already on sale. So it's time to be afraid of vitamins.

We arrived home and more quickly sent the chicken to the oven, which I marinated yesterday in various spices. Potatoes were baked along with the chicken.

Lunch - 200 g of baked chicken breast, 130 g of baked potatoes and 100 g of vegetables.

Total for lunch turned out 415 kcal.

I didn't have a snack on the road today, but there will be an afternoon snack.

I ate persimmon (220 g) and drank tea with 20 g of dark chocolate - 255 kcal.

I had an afternoon snack and worked. The whole next week will be busy for me and I will have to work more this weekend.

Lunch field took chum steaks from the stash. I defrosted them and cooked them on the electric grill for dinner.

Dinner - 200 g of chum salmon (raw weight, since I cooked in portions and did not add anything other than salt and pepper - KBZhU calculated by raw weight). For fish sauce based on soft cottage cheese (50 g), pickled cucumber (50 g), garlic (5 g).

And vegetable salad (tomatoes, cucumbers - total weight 150 g), seasoned with 3 g of olive oil.

Dinner for 410 kcal.

In a day I did it 1400 kcal. B - 130, F - 50, U - 118.

The rate of water is drunk, and this is 30 ml per kilogram of weight.

With physical education today, everything is bad. I can say that I did not find the time, but in fact I was lazy. We traveled for half a day on business, worked half a day and also cooked food. But in the evening it was possible to find half an hour on the ellipse, exercises, but did not want to and decided to just relax to the TV series.

I think you need to be honest with yourself first of all. Not to persuade myself and not try to explain that there is little time, a lot of things to do, and therefore I do not exercise, do not cook food, do not count calories and, accordingly, cannot lose weight.

As soon as you answer honestly to yourself that it's just laziness, everything falls into place. It helps me a lot, it somehow shames even I get up and do it. Not now, but tomorrow I will get up and do the exercises, look like an ellipse, take a walk. While you look for excuses for yourself, you will not achieve success.

I have a question for you today. I have already said that I need to change the hand blender. Needed with a larger bowl, more powerful. And my old one is already working with the last bit of strength. For my birthday, we started picking up a blender now, hoping to catch discounts.

And I am now "at a crossroads." On the one hand, I want a blender with attachments, so that I can also grate carrots, chop vegetables into slices, and so on. On the other hand, such a blender with attachments costs a lot more expensive than me, to be honest, the "toad chokes".

And, accordingly, a question for those who have a similar blender with attachments. How often do you use them? In hindsight, would you buy a blender with attachments, or save on something even more useful at home?
