After cycling diets and gaining even more weight after each diet, I found a way that helped me cope with excess weight.
Two years ago there was so little information about calorie counting that I decided to share my experience with others. Indeed, in due time I would be glad if someone told me about such a comfortable and tasty way to lose weight and control nutrition.
From the very beginning of blogging, someone is constantly trying to prove to me that on such a diet I will never lose weight. At the same time, it seems to me that people have no idea what a calorie deficit is, how to maintain it, and there is no need to talk about the balance of the BJU.
Two years have passed. Thanks to calorie counting, I lost weight from 132 kg to 69 kg and so far I decided to raise the calorie intake, and then it will be seen, maybe I will throw off a few more kilograms.

But people still write that you will never lose weight on such a menu.
It is already ridiculous to read such prophecies, since people have no logic at all.
If you are tired of strict diets, restrictions and hunger, but you really want to lose weight and even vital, try calorie counting and BJU. Adhering to the minimum calorie deficit and you will definitely succeed in losing weight comfortably, without starving and eating deliciously!
I will give an example of my menu, on which, as they say, I will never lose weight.
Breakfast today I decided to make myself nice and tasty. And let it get up early, but I want to please myself with something delicious.
I decided to make oatmeal, but today the filling is sweet.
I cooked oatmeal with oat flour, so as not to make noise with the grinder in the morning and not to wake everyone up by grinding oatmeal. Used 25 g oat flour, 1 egg, 35 g milk, baking powder and 2 sachets of sahzam.
For the filling - 20 g of peanut butter with chocolate and 60 g of plums.
It turned out breakfast for 340 kcal.
Believe it or not, I tried peanut butter for the first time. I ordered regular peanut butter and chocolate to taste. We didn't like the usual pasta very much. But with the addition of chocolate, it is so tasty that you cannot stop - this is why she is dangerous, since her calorie content per 100 g is almost like a chocolate bar. But if you control yourself, you can allow yourself such a treat.
Satisfied with a hearty and tasty breakfast, I went to the procedures. Rather, my husband took me - with comfort.
They returned home through the store, bought food. When there is no soft cottage cheese or yogurt, ordinary cottage cheese, sour cream, vegetables and cheese in the refrigerator, it is unusual and all this had to be bought. It's good that we still have stocks of chicken, turkey and beef.
I like to have a full freezer and a refrigerator for all kinds of food - get out the groceries and cook what I have in mind.
I know people who go to the store for 1 kg of sugar or a dozen eggs or a couple of tomatoes. They visit the store several times a day, because it turns out that every time something is missing. I don't like it so much - it's a waste of time. If I buy eggs - 2 cassettes at once, if sugar - then 5 kilograms, if chicken breast - then 3-4 kilograms.
As planned, I arranged a cheat for myself today and ate dumplings and sour cream for lunch. But I counted the KBZHU dinner.
150 g dumplings (frozen, raw weight) and 40 g sour cream 10% - 425 kcal.
How I have long wanted dumplings, I ate it with pleasure.
Today we decided to relax a little at home, watch films, for some reason everyone gathered in the kitchen. The kitchen is a place of power in the house😂, all roads lead to the kitchen.
While watching the movie I drank tea with chocolate manna (150 g) - 230 kcal.
It turned out so convenient when everyone gathers in the kitchen to watch a movie together. Under the guise, I quietly set the goulash to prepare, so that tomorrow I would not cook anything, again I should go to the procedures.
And I had lunch with chicken broth (400 g) with boiled noodles (70 g) - 285 kcal
In the evening, 3 hours before bedtime, I drank tea with dried mango (50 g) - 160 kcal.
The result of the day is 1440 kcal. B - 71, F - 50, U - 134. I’m so-so today. But I didn't even try to comply with it, I just decided to relax today and didn't make a menu in advance.
Usually, if you make a menu in the counter for the next day in advance, you see where the shortage is, and where the overkill is, and you can correct it.
Do you prepare the menu for the next day in advance? At least approximate, in order to understand what you are doing with KBZHU in terms of the available dishes and products? It helps a lot to balance the diet.
