Good day and delicious weight loss!
Losing excess weight comfortably and deliciously - perhaps my example, as well as the example of many channel readers, is proof of this.
By counting calories and controlling proteins, fats and carbohydrates, you can achieve excellent results.
Not so long ago, I cooked a turkey with mushrooms under a hat - almost julienne.
It turned out to be a very tasty and satisfying dish. I want to share with you a recipe today.
For the preparation of the dish, I used the following ingredients (for 3 servings):
- turkey breast - 395 g,
- dried mushrooms - 100 g,
- onions - 40 g,
- soft cottage cheese - jar 170 g,
- suluguni cheese - 70 g,
- 1 chicken egg
- garlic - 10 g
- salt, black pepper to taste.
Cooking.
Cut the turkey breast into small pieces.
Finely chop the onion and chop the garlic.
We cut the mushrooms. I have dried mushrooms that I soaked in warm water beforehand.
Fry onions and garlic in a pan. I sprayed with oil from a spray bottle (less than 1 g of oil).
When the onion and garlic begin to turn golden, add the turkey to them. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring it to a half-cooked state and add the mushrooms.
Simmer until the liquid evaporates.
While the turkey and mushrooms are stewing, we are preparing the filling.
Mix soft cottage cheese, egg and suluguni grated on a coarse grater. If you wish, you can add a little salt.
Put the turkey with mushrooms in portioned molds, trying to ensure that as little excess liquid as possible gets into the molds.
Add a tablespoon of flakes and mix.
Put the rest of the fill on top.
We send it to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes (adjust the time focusing on your oven). A delicious crust has formed - you're done.
The dish turns out to be quite satisfying!
