And each of them, it seems to me, considers it their duty to introduce their principles of nutrition into other methods, proving that they are the most correct.

Everyone chooses for himself the method of losing weight that suits him.

For example, I believe that the minimum calorie deficit and the balance of BJU are the most comfortable and harmless a way to lose weight, which has been tested not only by me, but also by readers who are successfully slimming and happy life.

By limiting ourselves in nutrients and removing carbohydrates or fats from the diet, we deprive our body the substances he needs, which leads to rather sad consequences for us, which can not immediately come around.

I will always be primarily for health, and then for weight loss.

During work, today I had a snack of persimmon (200 g) - 135 kcal. And a little later I drank green tea.

I saw a seafood cocktail in a marinade, but without oil (the calorie content is very attractive) - I decided to take it while there is a promotion on it. Then I remembered that we needed cream, and the milk ends up with cottage cheese. So two packages are ready.

It's time to cook dinner.

Planned a day of rest today, but so-so the rest is taught. At least I'll take a little rest from work.

For dinner, I cooked turkey breast in a creamy sauce and boiled bulgur. And I also decided to bake puff pastry cheesecakes with cottage cheese + peanut butter filling. Ordinary peanut butter, which you didn't really like in its pure form (unlike chocolate), should be attached somewhere. I decided to add it to baked goods.

Dinner - 130 g of boiled bulgur with 180 g of turkey breast in a creamy sauce - 450 kcal.

We had dinner at 17 o'clock. And if I adhered to the rule not to eat after 18 hours, then at 22-23 hours I would simply sweep the floor of the refrigerator from hunger.

I still had about 320 calories free and I counted on them.

3 hours before bedtime, I drank green tea and ate a small cheesecake with cottage cheese and peanut butter.

I calculated the KBZhU approximately, but I think that I fit into my daily norm. I cheated and calculated KBZhU for raw products, excluding the weight of the finished dish. But since all the products were divided into exactly 4 pieces, I divided the KBZhU total for raw products into 4.

By the way, the cheesecakes with cottage cheese and peanut butter turned out to be very fragrant and tasty. I will definitely repeat.

The result of the day is 1400 kcal. B - 77, F - 65, U - 120.
