I'll tell you about my menu as an example of nutrition on a calorie deficit.

Today for breakfast I was not too lazy and made a cheese cake (almost like a lazy khachapuri). I cooked a double portion, so there are 2 pieces in the photo, not 4.

For 1 serving you will need: soft cottage cheese 5% - 85 g, chicken egg - 30 g, rice flour - 30 g, mozzarella cheese - 40 g, a pinch of salt, oregano, marjoram and baking powder. Baked in a frying pan, covered on both sides.

KBZHU for 1 portion turned out: K-343, B - 22, F - 14, U - 28. Great breakfast - delicious, hearty and lots of protein.

So breakfast came out on 345 kcal.

I had breakfast and to work. Yesterday I arranged for myself a break from work, but still I had to solve some issues in the morning and in the evening.

But today is a full-fledged working day, especially since there will be little free time on weekends and it is unlikely that it will be possible to distribute it for working moments.

During work, as usual, I had a snack - 250 g of persimmons - 165 kcal.

Writing down the persimmon in the counter, I saw and remembered that I had not entered the menu for the day in advance, although all the food was prepared in advance and I knew what I would eat today.

I started to inject and again my lack of fat turns out to be decent. How did it happen! It's good that there are free calories, which I just sent everything to cheese, thereby adding both proteins and fats.

Once they wrote to me that cheese should never be eaten when losing weight - it's a very high-calorie product and very fatty. You won't lose weight on cheese! That's exactly what they write - "you won't lose weight on cheese." I ask - what will you lose weight on and what does the process of losing weight depend on in general - silence. In general, I "like" it when a person asserts something, and when asked to provide evidence or explain a position - silence. I'm used to it differently. If you want to prove something - present evidence, not just talk your tongue. The specifics of such a profession, working in court at one time, I clearly postponed - for each word or action there must be supporting documents.

These are the stereotypes that we talked about not so long ago. It has stuck in a person's head that cheese is fatty and high-calorie - that means everything, if you eat cheese, you won't lose weight.

And about a balanced diet, about the energy value of products, about the calorie intake - few people know and few understand what is the meaning of the strange abbreviation KBZHU.

But everyone is responsible for himself and acts as he sees fit. If he wants to figure it out - he does it, he doesn't want to - he will think that he is recovering from certain foods or something else, or his bone is wide and heredity is bad. But overeating is not the reason for excess weight.

For lunch, I have a pumpkin cheese soup (450 g) and bread, which I dried in a dry frying pan (without butter) and rubbed with garlic and greased with 10 g of butter.

Lunch turned out to be 295 kcal.

Butter! Cheese! Can you imagine how fatty and high in calories? πŸ˜‚ Looking ahead, I will say that only thanks to one more portion of cheese in the evening I got the proteins, fats and even calories I needed that day.

Is it really easier to torment yourself with diets, hunger and restrictions than to figure out your diet, balance it, control and enjoy life in a slim body?

No, I also used to be fond of diets, I was overcome by stereotypes in losing weight. But this did not lead to anything good, except for 132 kg of weight. If only someone had told me before, put my brains in place, helped me balance my diet. But no nutritionist does that. Now, perhaps more and more nutritionists have switched to a calorie diet, but not in the days when I was tormented by diets prescribed by nutritionists.

For dinner today I have 100 g of boiled bulgur and 200 g of turkey in a creamy sauce - 425 kcal.

3 hours before bedtime, I ate 50 g of cheese and an apple (100 g) with tea - 215 kcal.

I didn't take a photo, I was in a hurry to return to watching the film. We decided to relax in the evening.

The result of the day is 1445 kcal. B - 87, F - 63, U - 125. I drink my water norm (30 ml per 1 kg of weight), I do physical education.

And again - 80% of success in losing weight is dietary change!
