There are many recipes for delicious dishes, including pastries, that you can fit into your diet and lose weight at the same time!

I would like to offer you a chocolate cake with plums on durum wheat semolina.

✅I needed the following products:

  • 200 g of kefir,
  • 200 g semolina semolina semolina,
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • cocoa - 15 g,
  • baking powder 1 teaspoon,
  • sweetener 6-7 sachets (1 sachet is 1 g = 5 g sugar),
  • plum 300-350 g.
  • a bag of vanillin - 1 g and a pinch of salt.

✅Cooking.

Separate the whites from the yolks.

We mix semolina, kefir and yolks. Add a sweetener, a pinch of salt, cocoa and vanillin to the semolina with kefir.

Let it stand so that the semolina swells.

In the meantime, beat the whites until strong peaks.

When the whites beat, add them to the semolina mixture and gently stir in.

Cut the plum into slices and put it on the bottom of the mold.

You can use a berry - for example, raspberries or other fruits - an apple, a pear.

I used a silicone mold with a diameter of 18 cm. I don't grease silicone molds with anything, baking comes out of them perfectly, nothing sticks.

Put the dough in a mold and put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

For baking time, be guided by your oven and check the doneness with a knife or wooden stick.

KBZHU per 100 g of ready-made dish: K - 160, B - 6.4, F - 2.7, U -26.
