After all, I also used to suffer from being overweight, dieting, starving, but there was no sense.

That is why I keep this blog, so that as many people as possible try and understand that you can grow slimmer comfortably thanks to the calculation of KBZhU and without harming your health!

But sometimes they ask the question - why count calories (people don't even think about BJU at this moment), because even calories are too lazy to count, what can we say about BJU.

Now it is very easy to control your diet by counting KBZHU, to balance it. After all, there are many applications that make the process easier. But all the same - many are lazy, it's easier to cut portions, eat less.

Is it really easier to eat less, cut portions to lose weight? If it were simple, everyone would be slim.

But it so happens that not everyone can stand the reduction in food.

Someone will very much reduce their portion and will practically starve for several days, and then break loose and eat it all over again. And such a person falls into a vicious circle: diet - breakdown - weight gain again.

Someone will cut their diet, but not so much that the process of losing weight starts. How often do we hear - I eat very little, but do not lose weight? I very often hear this phrase from people. But in fact, if you count everything that is eaten and drunk by this person, then you will get even more energy (calories) that he needs.

So how do you find the middle ground? How to understand how much you can eat, so as not to be hungry, so that it is tasty and comfortable, but at the same time, so that the process of losing weight starts? And how to understand that you are really eating less than necessary, and not overeating unnoticed?

It is the counting of calories that helps to adhere to the minimum deficit, which starts the process of losing weight and does not harm health, allows you to comfortably slim.

Most people just want to lose weight. And often no one thinks about their health. For some reason, we remember that we need to monitor our health when a lot of problems have already appeared.

Nutrition is one of the foundations of our health and must be balanced! Our body must receive all the nutrients it needs - proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. Excluding one of the nutrients from the diet leads to health problems.

A balanced diet is the control of BJU.

In the end, each of us chooses for himself what is best for him - to run in a vicious circle or to rearrange his diet and control it.

You don't have to count calories for the rest of your life. Having achieved the result, losing weight, you will already have an idea of ​​the amount of food you need and will be able to control the diet purely intuitively.

I will give an example of my menu for the day.

Once again, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that it is best to prepare the menu in advance. In the evening, in the calorie counter, they sketched out an approximate menu for the next day based on the dishes that you have prepared and the products that you have.

In this case, you will see KBZHU for the day and can correct it and even enter your favorite treat.

It is important to draw up a menu in advance at first, when you are just starting to lose weight by counting KBZHU. Time will pass and you will be able to navigate without making a menu in advance.

My breakfast today is lazy khachapuri with green tea.

Since I still go for procedures (even on weekends), I got up early today and cooked khachapuri for everyone at home.

Who thinks that PP is when you have to cook for yourself separately? You can always find dishes that the whole family will love.

Breakfast for 450 kcal.

After breakfast, my husband took me to the procedures, I still have 3 procedures (Monday - Wednesday) and proceed to the next stage of helping my legs.

Has already passed all the tests (a whole bunch). So worried about the results. It has long been a big girl, and still a coward, if something is connected with white robes. But the results came - and everything is normal. Hooray!

She returned from the procedure and decided to have a snack with fruit: 90 g of feijoa and 110 g of apple -100 kcal.

Yesterday we bought such delicious apples of the North Sinap variety, so everyone liked them that today, on the way back, we stopped at the store and bought more apples while they are there.

I cooked dinner yesterday evening - I stewed beef in tomato sauce. Today, all that remains is to cook pasta for dinner and warm up the goulash.

Lunch - 110 g of boiled TSP pasta and 160 g of beef goulash (all with broth).

Lunch at 300 kcal.

After lunch I sat down to read your comments. And another comment in one of the old articles gave me a kick to try to explain why counting calories.

I sat down to write an article while there were thoughts that I wanted to express to you. I hope I managed to state what I wanted and convey to you why consider KBZHU.

While expressing my thoughts - I felt like eating. I myself did not understand why my appetite was growing. I drank water, walked around. I still want to eat.

I looked at the calorie counter, and there I have a whole bunch of free calories for the evening.

I decided that I can afford a "royal sandwich" with carp caviar. 30 g bread, 20 g cottage cheese and 25 g carp caviar - 165 kcal.

For dinner, I had an egg roll of 2 eggs with curd cheese (30 g), cucumber (100 g), lettuce and cold smoked pink salmon (50 g)

Dinner - 390 kcal.

After dinner, I ate an apple on 50 kcal. They are so delicious - well, you just can't pass by, the more they fit perfectly into KBZHU.

The result of the day is 1450 kcal. B - 96, F - 66, U - 111.

I drink my water norm - this is about 2 liters (30 ml per 1 kg of weight), I take care of the skin, helping it to tighten. And if possible, physical education, which helps to keep the body in good shape.

Well, a masterpiece? I constantly talk about losing weight, apparently according to Lyudmila and those like her (and there are many of them) should be in a state of eternal weight loss.

Some are so attentively watching my fate, my weight, but the main thing flies past the ears (eyes) information about what is generally going on at the moment, for what purposes I raise calorie and why weight worth it. Do they need this information? It is more interesting to observe how someone is in a state of eternal weight loss. Better yet, getting fat, losing weight and getting fat again. It's a whole series! But they will not watch it here.
