As an example of a diet based on calorie counting, I will show my menu.

Breakfast - bread dried in a dry frying pan (70 g) with liver pate (100 g). And green tea with jasmine.

Breakfast turned out to be 370 kcal.

It seems to me that the liver pΓ’tΓ© turned out to be tastier this time than ever. First, I added a little coriander as I stewed the liver and more onions than usual. And thanks to my new assistant in the kitchen - the consistency of the pate turned out to be simply gorgeous! Even the photo conveys how smooth and gentle it came out. With an old blender, I could not interrupt the food so much, how much I tried and how long I did not interrupt. I still can't get enough of my husband's gift.

By the way, some started writing that I was advertising a blender. Apparently all the reviews and positive reviews available on the Internet are also perceived as advertising?
It's a shame that for so much time, some regular readers did not understand that I do not advertise anything here for money, but talk about what I like and what I use. For advertising, my dears, they pay money. I haven't gotten a dime from sharing with you something that I like myself.
Probably, I will not share anything like that anymore, since everything is perceived now as advertising, and for some reason I still don’t swim in millions like Scrooge McDuck.

For a snack, I decided to cook something like a curd dessert with persimmon and nuts. It turned out delicious.

Whipped cottage cheese with persimmon, did not even add sakhzam and decorated with nuts.

Snack on 290 kcal.

Lunch today is half an hour earlier than usual, because after lunch I have to go straight to the clinic.

For lunch I have boiled buckwheat (120 g) and 120 g of chicken thigh fillet, which I marinated and baked yesterday. Added 50g cherry for freshness. The fillet turned out for 2 days, so today you don't need to cook anything - just warm it up.

Lunch - 385 kcal.

I ate and immediately went to get ready for the road - 2 hours for me to get there. One of the disadvantages of the location of our residential complex is the remoteness from Moscow. But this is also a plus - nature and forest. For the sake of air, which cannot be compared with Moscow, forests and water bodies located very close, you can endure the road.

My husband picked me up from the clinic and we returned home for dinner.

And I thought, what should I have for dinner. To be tempted by dumplings or as planned to fry the Adyghe cheese quickly and make a salad with beets, garlic and nuts. I have already grated the beets with garlic and put them in a container in the refrigerator.

The salad won - 340 kcal.

3 hours before bedtime I drank tea with 20 g of chocolate - 110 kcal.

The result of the day is 1485 kcal. B - 102, F - 68, U - 104.

The other day I caught myself thinking that it was time to raise the calorie intake further. But I don't. Some kind of fear arose in me. And I'm not afraid that the weight will go up. I am ready for this and I know that this can happen in the first days of raising calorie intake.

I understand and still don't raise. I don’t understand what is holding me back.

So today I ate a chocolate bar in the evening with tea, because I didn't even have 1400 kcal per day. But to eat it, I had to persuade myself, can you imagine?

These are the strange things that have been happening to me lately.
