Can you imagine how many processes the body needs to rebuild? It took us 5-10 kg and we are glad, we want to lose more as soon as possible. And for the body it is work and even stress. The habitual state is gone and we need to change.

For those who first came to visit me, I want to briefly talk about losing weight by counting calories.

This is the only way that helped me change my diet, change my eating habits, learn control what and how much I eat, and most importantly - lose weight and achieve a result that is not dreamed:

Saturday was an important day for me. Regular readers know that I am undergoing treatment and removing veins in my legs.

All my thoughts were about the upcoming procedure. Of course I was worried, because the unknown is scary. Not every day we go through such procedures.

I didn't really think about food and didn't plan the menu in advance. And how to plan, if after breakfast on the road, then the procedure, after which you have to walk and pace for another two hours.

For breakfast I had two eggs and a sandwich on rye bread (35 g) with curd cheese (30 g) and carp caviar (40 g).

It turned out breakfast for 430 kcal.

We had breakfast, packed up and drove off. Everything went well, I was in vain afraid. Nothing to worry about. Everything is very bearable! The procedure lasted about an hour, plus more preparation time.

It all ended at about 2 pm. By this time, I was only thinking that I really wanted to eat. It was this problem that worried me most of all at that momentπŸ˜‚ This suggests that there is nothing wrong with the procedure.

But I still had to turn circles for another 2 hours - it was necessary to walk after the procedure. They let me go outside for a walk.

My husband and I went to the Novodevichy Convent (geographically it is located nearby). We walked in the park near the monastery, walked around the neighborhood, reached the embankment of the river. Moscow.

It was difficult to walk in double compression knitwear, I felt like a robot with poor knees bending. And I was hungry!

We walked honestly for two hours and bought hot dogs on the way back to the car. At that moment it seemed to me that I had never eaten anything tastier. I drank Americano coffee and ate choco-pie with her husband, which was offered with tea or water in the clinic.

I wanted to get home as soon as possible, and go far to our suburbs.

We were at home in the evening. We decided to boil shrimp (I had a stash in my freezer).

I don't really like messing with shrimp. You get dirty more than you eat.

I ate no more than 100 g, it seems to me, of peeled shrimp and decided to drink tea with cheese.

Of course, I didn't weigh and count anything. On such a day, let me have a little rest from counting, I made myself a cheat sweet.

3 hours before bedtime I drank more green tea with curd cheese (glazed). Recently, someone asked about such curds and I said that I do not eat them. And really didn't eat until yesterday. Indeed, in one cheese (50 g) - about 250 kcal! I ate and did not notice, but KBZHU suffered a lot. But the other day I bought these curds for my home. And I wanted it so much that I took it and ate it. Since I do not consider KBZhU today, I will pamper myself.

Here is such a wrong day for me in terms of nutrition.
