For a long time already they asked me to wind shawarma for dinner.
For shawarma, I fried chicken breast with spices (salt, black pepper, dry garlic) without oil, chopped a tomato, pickled cucumbers, and I also needed a Korean carrot and lettuce. For the sauce - soft cottage cheese, tomato paste and some Bavarian mustard. And lavash.
Breasts - 100 g, tomato - 100 g, Korean carrots - 40 g, pickled cucumbers - 30 g, lettuce - 30 g, soft cottage cheese 0% - 40 g, tomato paste - 5 g, lavash 80 g.

And lunch went out on 440kcal
In the evening I baked a flounder in the oven, just on an onion pillow - very tasty. In general, I like the taste of flounder, and with baked onions - it's generally super.
Dinner - 200 g of baked flounder (net weight) and 150 g of boiled potatoes. For freshness - 100 g of cucumber.
It turned out to be a dinner for 350 kcal.

1430 kcal per day turned out. I wanted after yesterday's cheat mila, do not get up to 1450 kcal. To slightly neutralize yesterday's bust with calories, I still allowed myself very high-calorie foods. I think it turned out not to be a cheat, but a full-fledged download. But the shawarma turned out to be very satisfying. I'll try to hold at least 1350-1400 for a few days.
And I forgot about the cucumber! After another turpentine bath, I ate a cucumber, but didn't even count it - not so much, and he added a lot in calories to me. And I managed to buy such good cucumbers on the market - I just want to eat them, not just store ones.
