Good day and delicious weight loss!
Each of my articles, I try to start with motivation.
I am talking about the pros of counting calories and their deficit in order to set you up for what you can and should eat deliciously and satisfyingly and at the same time lose weight,
I try to tune in to a gradual change in eating habits. To push you to at least try, at least take one small step to change yourself, to change your eating behavior.
Starting small, having received the first results, you yourself may want to study deeper the topic of proper nutrition and you will find something for yourself besides what I am telling you.
You will understand what still needs to be changed, specifically for you, perhaps you will refuse some products altogether. But this will already be your conscious choice after you take the most difficult first step.
But there will be no motivation today. Today I want to talk about something else.
Every time I say that I am about PP and do not pretend to be an expert on proper nutrition. I myself lost weight without any special problems and did not strictly adhere to the invented rules of proper nutrition by someone, did not acquire the syndrome of "PP of the brain".
By blogging here and on social media, I want to motivate as many overweight people as possible, for whom the first step to changing themselves and their habits is very difficult.
I try to present information in such a way that there is a desire to start, so as not to be pushed away by difficulties, some nuances, rules that are not obligatory in principle.
A must for weight loss is to create a calorie deficit and balance the BJU. And that's it!
All this π don't eat carbohydrates in the evening; dinner only protein and fiber; do not eat after 18; take into account the GI; the combination of products and many other stamps are all secondary. And by and large, many are frightened by all these difficulties, the desire to start their path to harmony and health disappears.
For weight loss, it is important to create only a calorie deficit and maintain a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates!
And now what am I all about.
I will not allow to ruin what I have been building for more than a year for people and push them away from the first step, discouraging all the desire to start changing.

In over a year of blogging, I've learned that the conversation should be short.

Moving on to the menu for today.
There is still a slice of spinach pie that I cooked yesterday - so I warmed it up for breakfast (135 g) a little microwave (hurray, we bought and hung up the microwave, the very small one that I dreamed of - now it has become much it is more convenient to heat food).
And for some reason I wanted an avocado (30 g), just ripened next to the apples. And for dessert - a piece of cheese (20 g) for green tea.
Breakfast turned out to be 345 kcal.
For tea, buckwheat bread (15 g) with squid pate (45 g) and cucumber (85 g).
The cucumber just crunched, that's when delicious vegetables - and you want to eat them, finally, normal vegetables with a taste began to appear.
And I ate a loaf of pate with tea.
Snack on 125 kcal.
For lunch I still had borscht (I cooked it, it was enough for three days and not only for me).
But I checked the refrigerator, and there was no sour cream.
And the weather outside is excellent, the sun has become warmer. I just ran to the store for sour cream before dinner. This is what self-isolation does to us! Before self-isolation, I would simply eat borsch without sour cream. And today - well, like borscht without sour cream, I'll go and run to the store! π
Lunch - a plate of borscht (400 g) with 30 g of sour cream 10% and whole grain bread (30 g) with curd cheese (25 g).
Lunch went out on 275 kcal.
After lunch, I measured out 30 g of dried cranberries and 20 g of peanuts for tea, so that I could carry it on the sly at work.
Total plus more - 200 kcal.
For dinner I warmed fish cakes, which I cooked yesterday from minced pollock and baked in the oven (180 g) and stewed champignons (120 g) and cucumber per 100 g.
Went out dinner - on 235 kcal
I looked at the calorie counter in the evening - and there were 1180 kcal per day. No, I think there is no need to stress the body, I decided to raise the calorie intake - it means I raise it, I will eat something in the evening with tea while watching a movie.
But while slicing sandwiches for my husband for work for breakfast, I was tempted by the sausage. To be honest, I could not resist, it smelled delicious. I think that I will suffer. Every day I make these sandwiches and nothing, but here I really wanted to. I took and ate about 30 g - 130 kcal. On this and stopped.
During the day, 1310 kcal were obtained.
Don't forget about the drinking regimen.
