Good day and delicious weight loss!
If you don't like spinach, you just have to love it. This is a very useful product, and it is low-calorie - only 20 kcal per 100 g.
No wonder the French call him the king of vegetables. It contains many useful substances and elements: iron, potassium, calcium, beta-carotene, iodine, B vitamins, as well as A, E, C and many others.
Just think if you eat spinach regularly and you will get:
- detoxification of the body,
- prevention of cardiovascular diseases (and this is important for overweight people),
- increased hemoglobin,
- strengthening of vision and immunity,
- normalization of the digestive tract, thyroid gland and pancreas.
I hope my spinach jellied pie recipe will help you fall in love with this healthy product.
For the pie I needed:
- a bunch of spinach - 140 g net weight.
- chicken egg - 3 pieces,
- kefir - 250 g,
- whole grain flour (wheat, rice - to your taste, I have rice) - 150 g,
- a pinch of salt, ground black pepper,
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda or (even better) baking powder
- a bunch of green onions - 20 g.
Cooking.
First of all, boil 2 chicken eggs.
We leave 1 egg for the test.
We sort out the spinach, remove the thick stems (if you already have an adult spinach, and not young leaves) and rinse well.
Spinach should be chopped and sent to the pan to fry to evaporate the liquid from it. Season with salt and pepper. I fried it for just a minute in a well-heated pan (no oil added) and put it in a bowl.
Cut the green onions into smaller pieces, like boiled eggs.
Mix spinach, onion and eggs, add a little salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking the dough.
Mix kefir, egg and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. Gradually add flour and knead the dough without lumps.
The dough turns out to be liquid.
I used a silicone mold (18 cm diameter).
Pour part of the dough into the bottom of the mold.
Gently spread the filling on the dough.
Fill with the remaining dough. If desired, sprinkle with a pinch of sesame seeds for beauty.
We send it to an oven preheated to 160-170 g for 30-35 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
