Delicate baked cutlets with aromatic filling

Today I am visiting you with a recipe from Lilia's subscriber.

Lilia shared with me an amazing recipe for baked chicken cutlets with aromatic cottage cheese filling.

The cutlets turned out to be the most delicate, and how delicious and aromatic!

Let's cook!

You will need the following ingredients:

  • 2 large chicken breast fillets (665 g),
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 80 g oatmeal,
  • 1 onion - 140 g
  • 1 medium sized bell pepper (140 g)
  • cottage cheese 5% - 250 g,
  • garlic 3-4 large cloves,
  • greens, dry garlic, basil, salt, black pepper.

✅Cooking.

We will use a blender to prepare minced meat.

The first step is to grind the oatmeal and pour it into a bowl.

Next, grind the chicken breast and send the bowl to the oatmeal.

Grind onions and bell peppers with a blender and send them to a bowl with oatmeal and breast.

Add the egg, salt, dry garlic and black pepper to the bowl. Mix everything well and let it brew.

Let's move on to the filling.

Let's use a blender again. We interrupt the cottage cheese, garlic and herbs into a homogeneous mass (I used dry basil, and rubbed the garlic on a fine grater in advance, doubting the abilities of my blender).

Do not spare garlic and herbs in the filling, add generously to make it aromatic and tasty.

Next, we moisten our hands with water, distribute the minced meat with a flat cake on the palm, spread the filling on the minced meat cake and carefully close the filling with the minced meat.

We put the patties in a baking dish, sprinkle with paprika for a more appetizing look and send them to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Do not overdo it, focus on your oven. As the cutlets are browned - it's done!

The cutlets are tender and very tasty!
