To get ahead of your questions - information for those who do not know what a calorie deficit is and how to lose weight on it:

You are already familiar with my breakfasts, and for those who missed the information, I will leave a link to them at the end of the article.

The turn came and snacks.

We are all different, with a different daily routine, employment, tastes.

Someone eats 3 times a day, and someone needs a snack between breakfast and lunch.

For example, I have 4 main meals for which I distribute KBZhU.

I am used to snacking and this is my regime. If I didn't have a snack at 11 o'clock, the body asks for food.

I try to snack around 200 kcal.

1️⃣Fruits and berries are an unbeatable snack, especially in summer.

Who would refuse a tasty berry or juicy fruit? Yes, these are carbohydrates and fructose, but you can enjoy once a year fresh raspberries, strawberries, cherries, peaches, apricots, watermelon, melon as part of your daily KBZHU.

2️⃣ On the basis of berries and yogurt (or fermented baked milk), you can prepare a very tasty percussion:

  • mix 200 g of raspberries (or other berries: strawberries, wild strawberries, blueberries) and 150 g of curdled milk (fermented baked milk) pour 10 g of date syrup and a delicious snack for 200 kcal is ready!
  • Or you can mix fruits (for example, pear, peach), cottage cheese, pour with date syrup.

3️⃣One favorite snack is the tomato snack.

Cut the tomatoes into slices, grease them with soft cottage cheese, or yogurt, or even sour cream mixed with mustard. Pepper and salt, add the garlic and sprinkle with a finely grated egg.

Yummy, which will cost you about 170 kcal!

4️⃣ You can make quick canapes: I like to cut a cucumber into slices, put a little curd cheese and a piece of lightly salted fish on it and enjoy the taste.

5️⃣You can make PP tiramisu or cottage cheese-fruit cream, which you can use to grease cornbreads for a delicious cake. And cottage cheese sweets are just delicious.

Dried fruits and nuts are also a great snack. However, it must be remembered that these are high-calorie foods, although healthy.
