I came to calorie counting after many attempts to lose weight. Of course, any diet gives a result, but what work is it worth to limit and restrain yourself. But when the diet ends, for the most part we all return to our usual way of life and nutrition. And we cross out all our efforts, gaining excess weight again.

But very often breakdowns prevent us from achieving results on a diet.

For more than 2 years I have been calculating the calorie content of food and slowly losing weight from a huge weight of 132 kg. Calorie counting is already a habit and doesn't take long.

During all this time, my eating habits have changed, my taste and attitude towards food have changed. What I liked before and was tasty is now very fatty for me and I don't even want to eat.

I found and chose the method of losing weight that brought results, turned out to be comfortable and brought only advantages to my life.

There is always a choice and it is yours!

And I'll tell you about my menu for the day.

I baked chocolate cherry muffins last night. In the morning I had 3 small cupcakes, which I decided to eat for breakfast (220 g) - 435 kcal.

She started again a course of vitamins and omega-3s. I drink constantly in courses, taking a break for a month.

By the way, I want to show off! Recently there was a vote for amendments, as you remember. In Moscow, everyone who participated in the voting could win bonus points in a special "million prizes" program.

So, I naturally took part in the voting, activated my code and received 2000 points (no luck, some won more). These points can be spent in stores, pharmacies, cafes. 1 point = 1 ruble.

So I left all my 2000 points at the pharmacy. I bought vitamins, a good face cream and medicine for my mother. So thanks to the fact that I expressed my civil position, I also received such a very pleasant bonus.

I worked early in the morning and then went shopping. All sorts of little things had to be bought. And oddly enough, today, having entered the store, I left it only with what I wanted to buy. I was not tempted by anything, nor any actions led me astray. Flint! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Otherwise, you usually go for bread, and bring home 2 bags of all sorts of goodies๐Ÿ™ˆ

I did not have time to return home from the store, when they brought the products that I ordered from us in joint purchases. I had to go shopping again.

So it passed until 12. And I usually have a snack at 11. At 12, I already wanted to eat badly, that's what it means I'm used to a certain regime.

Snacked 135 g of chicken ham and 100 g of tomato.

Snack on 230 kcal. My day is not complete without green tea, as soon as the tea in the mug ends - I pour myself another one.

After a late snack, I shifted my lunch a bit.

For lunch, there was a soup made from canned pink salmon (430 g) and 25 g of whole grain bread with 15 g of curd cheese.

Lunch at 220 kcal.

After lunch, while working with tea, I quietly ate fruit marshmallow (40 g) - 100 kcal.

I used to buy marshmallow in the form of lavash on the market, but it was not always successful. And here we bought the girls, tried and then highly recommended fruit "pastilles". I decided to try it too.

When dried fruits and dark chocolate are bored - an excellent substitute for sweets and those who like to eat something with tea. The main thing is not to forget to write in KBZHU!

By the way, I have the opportunity to show you the products I am talking about in the form of a selection from Yandex. Market. In my opinion, this is very convenient. Anyway, every time there are questions about a particular product, and so you immediately see what kind of product, its price and you can look at the description without looking on the Internet. The main thing is to choose the moment and buy at the stock๐Ÿ˜‰. I bought 800 grams of allsorts for 319 rubles.

For dinner - baked chicken cutlet stuffed with cottage cheese (200 g), broccoli vegetable mixture and colored cabbage (250 g raw), stewed with butter (10 g) and tomato (100 d).

Today, towards evening, I saw that I was not taking in a decent amount of fat and decided to make up with oil, filling it with a vegetable mixture at the very end of the stewing - itโ€™s just there in the subject.

Due to the oil, the dinner turned out to be quite high in calories - 370 kcal.

We decided to finish Friday evening with aromatic coffee with a pinch of cinnamon, vanillin and 100 ml of milk - 60 kcal.

In total, 1415 kcal came out in a day.

You know, people still amaze me. It is correctly said - how many people have so many opinions.
For some, I "eat a lot" and never lose weight. Where is the logic of people is not clear if I have already lost weight. And in order not to be unfounded and not to judge from scratch - you can always not only look at the pictures in the article, but go to the channel and read at least a few articles for different periods. I think for an adequate person everything will fall into place. Is not it?
For others, I have small portions and, it turns out, I torture myself and starve. Well, here I do not know what else to say to what I repeat every day. I can only send them to that first group, they will have something to argue about๐Ÿ˜‚.
And none of them are interested in "my truth".
The question arises - why do you read articles about losing weight, if "you yourself with a mustache" and you know everything? All this resembles a shoemaker without boots, if you allow me such an analogy.
PS. I can imagine how much "good" will sprinkle on my breakfast๐Ÿ˜‚
