There are no products "from which to gain weight" and "from which to lose weight". You can also overeat with boiled chicken breast with buckwheat. And create a deficit by eating tasty and satisfying food.

In the morning for breakfast I had a chocolate manna with pear (140 g) and buckwheat bread (15 g) with curd cheese (20 g) and fish paste (30 g).

Breakfast turned out to be 400 kcal.

On Saturday, according to the weather forecast, we expected 24 degrees of heat. But my thermometer on the balcony showed 13 degrees in the morning, and it was cloudy. Even a warning about strong winds and thunderstorms came. Our plans to ride bicycles were just plans.

But my husband offered to go to a fish farm nearby for a fish (which I dreamed of all week). We packed up and drove off, for one thing and popped into the bank on business.

And on the way back we drove through Lake Biserovo.

Biserovo Lake is a natural monument of regional significance, it is considered a relic one. The lake is of glacial origin! Its depth is not very great, the average depth is 2.5 meters.

According to legend, Catherine II, walking along the shore of the lake, dropped a bead jewelry, which they could not find. And the lake was named Biserovo.

Returning home, I finally ate some fish.

Percus - two thin rye crisps (15 g) and 70 g cold smoked pink salmon.

I didn't even begin to grease the bread with curd cheese - I just really threw the fish on - I couldn't stand itπŸ˜‚.

In the morning I took the chicken out of the freezer, and when I arrived home I immediately put it in the oven, after rubbing it with salt, pepper and dry garlic.

And for lunch we had baked chicken and vegetable salad.

I have 150 chicken breast, 40 g of wing meat (I ate it with crispy skin, I haven't eaten it for "a hundred years")

And 200 g of vegetable salad, seasoned with 20 g of sour cream 10%.

It turned out lunch for 400 kcal.

For dinner, I kept the spinach cheese soup. We have no prejudices and stereotypes - we love to eat soup in the evenings.

A bowl of soup (400 g) - 175 kcal

Dinner is always quite early on weekdays at 17 o'clock, on weekends from 17-18, as it happens.

In the evening they brought fresh vegetables and fruits, which I ordered and, of course, we all tasted.

Tomato and cucumber 100 g each, strawberry - 250 g and apricot - 100 g.

It turned out the second dinner for the evening watching films on 180 kcal.

A 35 g piece of cheese remained behind the scenes - 130 kcal.

We decided to try a new cheese for us. Sometimes you have to try something new, suddenly you like it. Familiar products are often boring. And thanks to such a try, we discovered a new manufacturer and a new taste of cheese. Now we will alternate our favorite cheeses).

This is how my day turned out to be 1460 kcal.

It feels like I've been eating all dayπŸ˜‚.
