Not so long ago, we talked about what doesn't help us lose weight, although many believe that on the contrary, exactly what is described in that article helps to lose weight.

Today I want to continue the topic, but in a slightly different way.

What else does not help us to lose weight at all, although we think that we are doing everything right?

πŸ™ˆSelf-deception. If you strictly observe the calorie deficit, then it is impossible not to lose weight. But if you forget to enter into your food diary a cookie or a couple of tablespoons of porridge that you have eaten after your child, an apple accidentally grabbed on the move, or a dozen nuts - this is where the problems begin. Everything that goes into our mouth must be included in our food diary. You can outwit the calorie counting app without writing down the food, you can even outwit your mind, happily forgetting about neglect. But the body cannot be outsmarted. Everything that will be in excess of the norm will go into the reserve (fat).

🀐🍎🍩Impermanence. In an effort to lose weight, many begin to fuss, try different methods - they go hungry, then suddenly decide make yourself a cheat, then go on a vegetable diet or kefir, stop eating after 18, refuse carbohydrates and fat. And all this happens haphazardly. As a result, there is no system to control power supply. At the same time, such inconstancy is possible in the end and does not give a calorie deficit, as a result of which the process of losing weight occurs.

Have you been counting calories for a week, and the scales show all the same numbers? And self-eating, frustration begins. My menu for the day.

For breakfast, two boiled eggs, cold smoked pink salmon (65 g), which I wrapped in lettuce leaves (20 g) and buckwheat bread (10 g) with cottage cheese (20 g).

Breakfast turned out to be 385 kcal.

Snack - 230 g of strawberries (the remnants of luxury after the weekend) and 15 g of dark chocolate for green tea.

It turned out to be a snack for 175 kcal

For lunch, I quickly cooked bows in a creamy sauce with mushrooms and spinach. It turned out very tasty!

I cooked as follows.
I put the pasta (bows) to boil until al dente (40 g dry).
I took 150 g of frozen champignons - put it in a hot pan, when the mushrooms melted and the excess liquid boiled away - I added 30 g of spinach. Salted and pepper. Added 50 g sour cream 10% and finely chopped garlic clove. Stirred and removed from heat. When the pasta was ready, I put them in a pan with the mushrooms, added a couple of tablespoons of water in which the pasta was boiled and stewed everything together for several minutes until the excess liquid boiled away.
Sprinkle with cheese (30g) πŸ‘ when serving.

I often cook spaghetti in this way, but spinach added some juiciness and freshness to an additional dish.

I really liked it - I dined with great pleasure and went on to work at the computer. I had a lot to finish and have time to cook dinner for several days.

Lunch learned to 370 kcal.

After lunch, I ate 15 g of almonds, poured tea and to work - 90 kcal.

So I sat at the computer until the time when it was time to go to cook dinner.

For dinner, I stewed flounder in sour cream-tomato sauce and boiled potatoes.

Dinner - 180 g of flounder meat, 150 g of potatoes and 100 g of cucumber.

Happened 355 kcal.

All the same, tasty flounder fish, but not so economical. It seems to be a whole plate of fish, you think - now it is full, but in fact there is nothing special. Well at least there are not a lot of small bones.

In the evening, 3 hours before bedtime, I ate 30 g of dried mango with tea - 75 kcal.

In total, it turned out in a day - 1450 kcal.

To help the calorie deficit - a drinking regimen and exercise.

Here recently in the comments, a lady said that 60 kg can lose weight in 2 months. What do you think? Can?
