Good day and delicious weight loss!

Today I want to share with you a recipe for stuffed bell pepper.

Recently, one of the subscribers reminded me of baked bell peppers, advising me to add cottage cheese to the minced meat.

I really like to add cottage cheese to minced meat. Chicken cutlets with cottage cheese are delicious!

The peppers turned out to be no less tasty, with a uniform texture, and the cheese and curd gave the filling a creamy taste and tenderness.

✅I needed the following products:

  • large bell pepper - 180 g (net weight),
  • medium chicken breast - 230 g,
  • suluguni cheese - 50 g,
  • soft cottage cheese - 60 g (or natural yogurt),
  • salt, black pepper, dry garlic and basil.

✅Cooking.

I smashed the chicken breast in a blender bowl. This is done in order to end up with a dense consistency.

Add salt, black pepper, dry garlic and basil and soft cottage cheese (or yogurt) to the resulting minced meat.

Suluguni cheese must be grated on a coarse grater.

Add most of the suluguni cheese to the chicken breast - mix.

Cut the bell pepper into 2 halves, clean the seeds.

We fill each half of the pepper with a filling.

Sprinkle with the remaining suluguni cheese.

We send to bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
