I recently cooked myself a stew of cauliflower in the easiest, in my opinion, way and I want to share with you a quick and delicious recipe.
✅Cooking.
The cauliflower should be rinsed well, divided into inflorescences and I rinse well again.
Next, boil in boiling and salted water for 5-7 minutes.
Taking out the cauliflower.
We put a saucepan on the fire and add literally 15 g of butter to the pan.
The oil enriches the taste of cauliflower, and a minimum amount will not spoil the KBZhU.
In addition, fats must be in the diet, both vegetable and animal origin.
Put the cauliflower in a saucepan, pepper to taste.
Next, I add a little water so that the cabbage is not fried in oil, but stewed.
Stir and cover. I bring it under the lid until cooked and the softness of the cauliflower that I like - this is another 5-7 minutes on the fire.
In addition, I love it when the cauliflower breaks down into very small pieces, which are soaked in a little butter.
Can be eaten on its own or used as a side dish.
✅It took a minimum of ingredients:
- cauliflower - 740 g,
- butter - 15 g,
- salt, black pepper to taste.
KBZhU per 100 g of ready-made dish: K - 45.3, B - 2.3, F - 2.3, U - 4.9.
