Next, I add a little water so that the cabbage is not fried in oil, but stewed.

Stir and cover. I bring it under the lid until cooked and the softness of the cauliflower that I like - this is another 5-7 minutes on the fire.

In addition, I love it when the cauliflower breaks down into very small pieces, which are soaked in a little butter.

Can be eaten on its own or used as a side dish.

  • cauliflower - 740 g,
  • butter - 15 g,
  • salt, black pepper to taste.
