Greetings! I am glad that you came to my page.

On my channel, you will not only find recipes for low-calorie dishes, but also everyday menus, on which I have already lost 58 kg.

Here I share my weight loss experience.

Recently one of my menus flashed fruit and berry jellies for the day.

It seemed to me that everyone knows this simple and long-standing recipe. But there were requests to share with you the recipe for jellies.

And so, I share.

It's that simple!

✅I needed:

  • 1 orange (about 100 g of pulp juice).
  • 20 g frozen red currant (you can use any berry that you have in stock and of course be guided by your taste),
  • 20 g edible gelatin
  • 3 sachets / sachets of sahzam,
  • 50 ml of water.

I ground the thawed red currants with a hand blender. I literally added 50ml of water.

Then I added 10 g of edible gelatin, mixed well and put on fire.

Warmed up, but did not bring to a boil. Stirred so that the gelatin dissolves well.

She took it off the heat and added a sweetener, because for me red currants are sourish.

I did the same with the orange. The orange juice survived, added all the orange pulp (without streaks), chopped it with a blender, added 10 g of gelatin, warmed it up, mixed it. Here I did not add the sugar substitute.

It turns out that I don't have any kind of juicer at home (even a mechanical one, although for some reason I thought that it is) and I coped with a tablespoon and hands, having previously rolled the orange on table.

I poured everything into an ice mold and put it on the balcony to cool. There I also froze jelly after a couple of hours (winter is all the same).

To get the jelly, I had to hold the bottom of the mold in hot water for 30 seconds and, using a knife, take out each jelly. Everything turned out quickly.

Store such jelly in the refrigerator.

KBZHU with currants: K - 44, B - 8.8, F - 0.08, U - 1.6

KBZHU with orange: K - 65, B - 8.75, F - 0.22, U - 7.43

I looked at the recipe long ago on the Internet, but they used packaged store juice.

I decided that natural juice would be much tastier and healthier, especially if you add pulp.

By the way, food gelatin turns out to be a very useful thing and has a positive effect on the skin, its elasticity, improves the condition of joints and bones, and is also rich in many useful substances and microelements.
