Preparation:

1. First we make the dough. In a deep bowl pour about 2-2.5 cups of flour. Mix it with salt.

3. Add to the dough raw egg, stir quickly.

4. The finished dough is spread on the work surface sprinkled with wheat flour.
Knead tight dough.
We shift it in a bowl and cover with a kitchen towel or wrap in plastic wrap.
Leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.
